Royal Touch Wellness Medical Massage

I LOVE every massage I get from here. Roshonda is my go to when things hurt! Do I recommend her...yes I DO!!! In fact I'm working on makngn another appointment soon.

Super professional and very personal. She knows her craft. I love coming to her. Her room is warm and inviting. The bed is actually warm. The head rest smells like lavender. I really get to melt. She is patient and slow she feels your energy and really knows how ṭo get the knots moved and loose. I HIGHLY recommend Royal Touch Wellness.

Roshonda is the BEST! I had a pinched nerve that left my right arm and hand numb and my neck and shoulders were painful, too. She carefully and thoroughly massaged the tension away. I feel that she cares about her clients a lot, wanting them to leave relaxed and happy!

I just got home from a 90 minute massage with Rashonda at Royal Touch Wellness. This was by far the best massage I have EVER had. She made me feel completely comfortable and her technique was incredible. The pressure was perfect, getting into all of the deep muscle pain while at the same time being relaxing. I left feeling so relaxed and ready to schedule my next appointment with Rashonda at Royal Touch Wellness. If your suffering from low back pain/muscle tightness I highly recommend booking an appointment with her.

Roshonda is amazing. Went in with limited mobility due to a neck cramp and major migraine. I left feeling so much better with no migraine. She was patient and applied just enough pressure where the massage didn't cause me more pain. She's super professional and gave me some great tips and herbs to help if the pain persist. This isn't my 1st or last visit. Ro is a life saver. Her place is easy to find with parking in the back. It's always clean, inviting and the aroma therapy makes the visit that much more relaxing. This is the place to go in Hayward for your self-care needs.

Bought my mom a massage here and she said it was amazing. I am so happy to have found a great therapist in her area for her. Will def get her more massages here.

For reference please look at reviews on Yelp for her previous locations in San Leandro she also worked in Hayward. Rhosandra is the lady you deal with and she is rude and not customer service oriented. She keeps moving from place to place it seems like now shes in Castro Valley. We had an appt. For Tuesday Oct. 22 at 1 and I received two emails one stating that the schedule changed and that she will set up the appt. For Thursday Oct. 24 th at 1 instead. The other just said details about the appointment but NO where in the email it said it was due to a move (she was located in San Leandro). I called and spoke to her and she claims an email was sent saying location change but I checked and the ones I received it was more of a schedule change. She didnt want to reschedule due to her paying todays daily rent at her new location because we went to her old location instead. She doesnt care about her customers or her business. I had bought the special for multiple sessions and was planning on working with her some more but I will no longer be doing business with someone that cant accommodate a client when there was a miss understanding on a move. And also Roshanda if you read this please email me confirmation of the so call email you sent specifying the address change.

I tried booking through ClassPass a few times and every single time my appointment is canceled. This time around it was cancelled two hours before the appointment. I planned my whole day around it, I would not bother booking another appointment with this vendor.
