Gentle Massage

I would give this establishment zero stars if possible. While doing a "backwalk" as part of the massage, the woman slipped and managed to dislocate one my ribs (very painful for almost two weeks now). She then asked me, if I only wanted a massage. She seemed disappointed when I told her that was the only service I needed. Upon telling to stop and not complete her business, she got confrontational about the tip amount. I left and will never return.

My absolutely unbiased review: I did a walk-in and asked if they are okay to do a 1hr session. The lady said yes and got me into the room. The moment I walked in she asked if I would like to pay cash or card. I told her by credit card. Then she instantly said that the session can only be 30 mins. I was so confused at the 1 min change in mind after she agreed to 1 hr. I even questioned her why she can't do 1 hr anymore and she just shook her head and said "30 mins only". Then she insisted I pay right now before the session start and told me there is a 3 dollar charge for card payment. Again, at this point I already thought about walking out but decided to continue just to give this place a chance. After telling me the surcharge she asked me "how much do I want to tip her" so she can put it on the card and do one transaction. I didnt know, and was flabbergasted cause how do I tip a service I've not received yet. She stood by the door to get me to say the amount I wanted to tip. I then told her 20% of the $40. She did the math in her head and gave me a devastated look and told me "no, that's too little" while waving her hand as of how shock she was at my 20% amount. I was so embarrassed at everything at this point. I felt like she was begging me for money and I was rude for not donating to charity or something. Awkward, is an under statement. She then told me "$20, 40 plus 3 dollar so total $63 ok?" I felt so defeated at this point. I hesitated but got pushed to agree in the end. The massage was supposed to be 30mins however she only massage me about 18 mins...I am being very generous about the minutes. Apparently she included the undressing time, signing paperwork, and her going in and out of the room to help ppl who kept walking in as part of my session. I will never go back to this place. I paid the insisted tip amount she asked for(50%), I didn't mind, but the least she can do was just massage a full 30min as agreed upon. After reading other's review, seems like tipping is an issue for this place and they are not professional at all. Go at your own expense but you have been warn.

I had a wonderful experience a few days ago; I have backache, and the woman took good care of me for my pain relief; she used soft and medium strength to take good care of me. I will visit here again for sure

I had another great massage today. She really got the the sore areas. She did everything I asked for. All the girls are great but Shee Shee is my favorite. I'll definitely be back.

I coach youth and was looking for a deep tissue massage. I heard about this spa from a friend and thought I would check it out. I was able to go in without an appointment and the business was very clean and professional. The masseuse, Amy, was friendly and gave me a deep tissue massage with hot stone treatment that really made my back feel better! I will be returning to this spa in the future.

This place is really great. Clean and professional. Linda gave me a terrific massage. I asked her to focus on my lower back and glutes because I sit at a computer all day and sometime get knots in that area which in the past caused sciatica. Anyway I can recommend this place, Linda anyway, highly. She has a very pleasant demeanor and takes her work seriously. I will return.

I work in a day care center and I have neck and shoulder soreness on a regular basis. I called this spa and made an appointment for a full body massage with hot stone therapy. The masseuse greeted me warmly and took me to a clean and comfortable room. She worked out the pain with soothing hot stone therapy and deep tissue using her hands and forearms. It was wonderful! I am definitely happy and looking forward to my next visit here. Facility was very clean and staff was professional. Highly recommend!

Best massages ever! All the masseuses are highly skilled, and will focus on back muscles that need attention. Been coming here over 5 years, and never had a bad experience. They all deserve Christmas gifts again in December!
