Crystal Garden Massage Therapy

I went to Crystal Garden massage a week ago after a long day at work. I was greeted by Nancy and we agreed on a one hour deep tissue massage. The location is a little hidden but don’t let that discourage you from coming here! The location is very clean and relaxing. The deep tissue massage was amazing and much needed. All around great experience, definitely recommend! The price was well worth the massage and I left a $30 tip to let the masseuse know I enjoyed it! I will be coming for more and with friends! Make sure to ask for Nancy when going 🙂

I have not had massage for some time. From google map I found the Crystal Garden Massage changed place. I went to there after a busy day of Saturday. It was so relax after 1 hour body massage. This is new place, new bath, new shower. The purple color wall makes you comfortable to stay. I like this place and their massage technic.

Don’t go there! My husband and I came here for 1h massage each. First of all it was the worst massage we ever had. I had black and blue spots all over and they clearly don’t know what they doing. When they finished they asked how much we are going to tip them even not giving us time to dress! We didn’t want to heart their feelings so we decided that each massage worth $80 and $20 each would be even more than enough, taking into the account that we never intended to be back. They start complaining that it’s no enough! And we HAVE to tip them at least $30 each. Tips is voluntary in case you liked service provided. In the end they charge from our card more than expected. They clearly don’t care about you to become a regular customer. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Great experience with Crystal Garden Massage. Went in for muscle pains and the masseuse was able to relieve most of my pain with deep tissue massage. Friendly customer service, highly recommended

Good massage. Not overly light like some of the Asian places are. Maybe not quite up to what I get at the Chiropractor but there is usually no wait and their hours are far more flexible. I'm not sure what the complaints about the tips are about. This is the heart of Silicon Valley. Expecting $20 for a one on one service doesn't seem out of line. 60 minutes at the Chiropractic office cost $90 which is already $30 more that Crystal Garden.

Avoid! They will demand at least a $20 tip. I happened to walk in looking for a massage, and paid $43 for 30 minutes. Not cheap, but not super pricey either. The massage was perfectly reasonable - not the best I've had, but certainly not the worst either. As I was leaving, though, I gave the massage therapist a generous $10 tip (more than 20%!) and she asked for at least a $20 tip. I declined and left, but will not be back. Strongly recommend to go elsewhere.

This place is great! First of all, the best massage I ever had. The therapist walked on my back and it felt amazing. She also did a deep tissue massage after. The place is quiet and relaxing with soothing music and light. Will definitely be going back when I need another massage. Can not recommend enough!
