I worked for 15 years in physical therapy, and so I have a fairly good idea of what great patient care looks like. This was my first time getting a professional message myself, but Sam and Eric definitely were excellent in providing that care! First off, the space itself was open, welcoming, and calming, and upon entering, Sam offered us water and showed us where the washroom was. He evoked an aura of calm and relaxation as he explained the process of getting a massage, and once we began, he checked in every step of the way, which helped make me and my husband feel very comfortable. He engaged in light conversation without being too chatty, and the physical pressure of his massage was exactly what we had discussed I was looking for. I received a 60-minute massage, and my only regret was not going for a 90-minute one! I HIGHLY recommend this gem of an establishment, and will definitely come back every time I am in town. Sam and Eric, thank you for the wonderful experience, and keep up the good work!

Went in nervous as this was my first professional massage. Nice clean facility, Sam was very welcoming, took a few minutes to chat with my husband and me before we went back. We opted to do a couples massage and I will say Sam and Eric were both great from start to finish. Knowing it was my first time, Eric asked how much pressure I wanted, and made sure to ask periodically throughout the massage how I was doing. Left feeling great and super relaxed. My only regret was doing 60 minutes instead of 90. At their fantastic price point, I will now never do any less than 90 minutes - it goes by way too fast! We look forward to our next trip, we will be booking with you guys again!

Sam and Eric at Blue Elephant do great massage work. My friend had an excellent foot massage by Eric. She said he did a great job adjusting the pressure based on her feedback. Sam conducted my full body massage; he’s knowledgeable about physiology and really helped work out some of my trouble areas. While this is a no frills kind of spot, it’s worth the cost thanks their skill and friendliness.

The Blue Elephant spa was fantastic. Sam is a great masseuse with TONS of talent and personality. The atmosphere is very welcoming and inclusive. The prices are extremely reasonable and the service is unparalleled. Go there! GO NOW!!

Sam gave a massage that was just simply the best! I've had many massages in the past but he is the only masseur that was able to give my back the relief it needed. He was professional and focused on the areas that were in need of attention and didn't disapoint. He listened, always had the right amount of pressure, and his strength was definitely a plus. The spa is super cute and relaxing as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend Sam for a totally beneficial and exceptional massage/spa experience.

Sam and Eric were fantastic. My husband and I got full body massages and foot reflexology. And flet rejuvenated adterwards. Not having a massage in many years, I felt amazing afterwards.
