Massage Revolution

Today, my self-care led me to the Massage Revolution. My wife referred me to the Revolution. The atmosphere is modern zen. They have self-care products for pain management that you can purchase. Rachel, my neuromuscular massage therapist, hands are knowledgeable. She found every pain point and removed them. For me, it’s all about vibration; Rachel is a healer. I have been enjoying getting neuromuscular massages for a chronic issue for my shoulder. The massage therapists are very skilled and have helped me understand the issues in my body better, and how I can better support my body’s improvement in my day to day life, not just on their table. It’s been such a great experience. I’ve tried numerous massage therapists and found my favorites, and I recommend anyone do this as well. The office staff is also lovely, always helpful and welcoming, making every part of my experience with this place just top notch.

A couple of therapists there are really great but they are hard to get an appt with especially with my erratic work schedule. I had a therapist cancel on me 3x in one month- the last cancellation took place a few hours before my appt. The front desk told me I could get 3 massages at a discounted rate for the inconvenience. (The discounted rate is what they offer all new clients: $79 for a 50 min). A few days later management called to tell me nothing could be done for the third cancellation which shows how little they value my time and loyalty. I think the cost to them is nominal compared to the business I would have given them in the long run. The front staff should not be telling customers things if management disagrees. This is going to lead to customer dissatisfaction. I don't feel like a valued customer here even though I've been going there for a while. I only stayed loyal there because it's close to my house and I found 2 therapists I liked. It's sad to see businesses care more about short-term profit than client satisfaction.

Had a great massage today with Nedra. Very relaxing waiting room and knowledgeable staff. I’ll definitely be back!

Idris was amazing! He really listened to what I explained to him about my pain in my hips and low back and he worked every muscle that needed it and really knew how to pinpoint them. He used really deep pressure, which I asked for, and I appreciated that a lot as it is hard to find a massage therapist that will use the kind of pressure that I need/like. I felt so much better after the appointment and even better the next day. I will definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area.

The Massage Therapists there are very good. I love that I am able to get my lymphatic massage and it's covered with my insurance. I also appreciate that I am able to get a complete evaluation and additional medical information to help my neck and back condition. I always walk out of my appt feeling relaxed and well again.
