I loooooved my massage with Lauren! She is an amazing therapist and my tension and pain relief was palpable after my 90mins session. She gives a great consultation and inquiry into your needs and desires for the massage and includes aromatherapy, hot towels and cupping as part of her custom treatment. The best part of Lauren’s massage is that you can feel the intention and focus she places on giving you that massage. She knows just where to work, intuitively reads the body and checks in with you about pressure. She has a wonderful healing touch and is also just an all round lovely person. Her office is relaxing, spacious and comforting. I highly recommend her as your new therapist!

I had a Thai massage with Lauren, and it was absolutely wonderful. It’s not quite like other massages I’ve had before. She said the impact is similar to yoga, but she does all the work. I do a lot of yoga, and that felt like a good description. The goal is not necessarily relaxation, but rather to be present in your body. I felt both relaxed and embodied. It was very restorative. This is the second massage I’ve had with Lauren. She is an extraordinary person and a very talented masseuse. Her ethos of loving kindness shines through in all my interactions with her. Next time, I look forward to experiencing her standard massage, which I hear is exceptional.

Wonderful! My neck and shoulders were incredibly tight before I went in. Lauren did a great job working out the kinks, it was night and day! Also, give the Thai massage a try if you haven't yet; I had never had one and it felt amazing. Best thing ever for loosening up the hips, back, and shoulders, and the compression is very soothing.
