Salt and Sage Healing is in a charming bungalow with a relaxing atmosphere. It's very clean and calming. Sammantha is an amazing, skilled massage therapist! She's knowledgeable and kind, listens well, and is able to work out all my neck and shoulder knots that come with working a desk job. I also haven't had low back pain since I started going to her. I highly recommend her!

This was my second visit with Samantha. She did great, once again my massage was relaxing as well as healing. You are greeted right away, the place is inviting with subdued coloring, decor, and very clean and neat. My sister goes to Nick, she raves about him and his massage therapy. If you are looking, this place is a great choice, you won't be disappointed.

Great place! Clean and super cozy. Easy parking and on a quiet street. The service is wonderful and the whole team is incredibly kind and skilled. Cannot recommend enough. Sammantha is an absolute delight and a miracle worker! I always have a wonderful experience at Salt and Sage. Stephanie is a wonderful massage therapist with a vast amount of knowledge of her craft. Her team is trained in so many techniques. Aside from the typical styles of massage they also offer lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, craniosacral, and so much more. As a chiropractor, I regularly and confidently refer my patients to Salt and Sage.

From the moment I walked into Salt and Sage I knew the journey was about to begin for my healing. Stephanie and Nick greeted me with warmth and love. Their energy and peacefulness add to the professionalism they exude. I had the best sleep last evening after an amazing lymphatic drainage, cranial sacral and reflexology massage from Stephanie. I am looking forward to Samantha working with me for more of the same, Nick for reiki sessions and to meet Will along the way for more healing treatments. Excitement abounds as I start peeling away the layers of damage from a life of overworking!
