Yury is the absolute best massage therapist Ive ever had. He really listens to where I am having pain and gives me tips on how to manage it between sessions. He keeps track of what we worked on before and even whats going on in my life that may be contributing to my pain and creates a long term plan for progressive improvement that WORKS!! 100/10 recommended!

Elements massage has been life changing. I work long hours with patients and having a massage every 2 weeks has really helped my back and upper shoulders that often become locked causing me migraines. My migraines have subsided and I feel so much better!
