I received a very quick response to my inquiry from Leisa and she was able to get me in right away. The office space is very welcoming and cozy. Ashleigh was amazing! When I told her the issues I was having she knew exactly what areas to focus on. She explained what she was doing as she was doing it and why. I had pain relief after my first session and can’t wait for the next. I highly recommend!!

I had such a great experience here. The office got me in quickly. I’ve had hundreds of massages and Ra is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. He is very knowledgeable and kind. When I went in, I was feeling physically sick from stress. He helped me relieve so much tension I was holding in my body and I felt so much better after the massage. I will definitely be back!

I've been a client of Lisa Peach at Advanced Alternatives for a couple years now, successfully managing the excruciating pain from a bulging disc in my neck through medical massages. "Amazing" is an over-used term, but pretty accurate here. I had recurring numbness in my thumb from days of using a heavy string trimmer. Ms. Slater moved quickly through the hour-long session, although it did not feel rushed, just professional. She told me in advance what her overall assessment of my problem was and her technique was unusually vigorous, which I liked. Afterwards, while dressing, I flexed my arm and shoulder muscles and had full range of motion -- I didn't edxpect that. I was told I would ache the following day, but I returned to work the same day (drank a great deal of water) and this morning I woke up early and happy, with no soreness. I can't thank her enough for her fine work!

I couldn't be more happy with a treatment than I am with Leisa and Advanced Alternatives. Not only is she a quality therapist, she has Lifeway X39 and 49 that is a life changer. EXCEPTIONAL! I am traveling through town. Was in extreme muscle pain in neck and back. Owner was incredibly accommodating and professional. Was able to call in a massage therapist for me. The massage therapist. Andrea, was spectacular. Excellent massage strength and technique, a calming disposition, and genuinely kind personality. I feel so much better!!!
