Elements Massage

I have been going to Elements Massage in Boca for about a year now. Ahmad was my therapist that first visit, and I had a significant reduction in my lower back pains after that first visit. I've been going back for his deep massage ever since. Ahmad always checks to make sure the rubbing is not too intense and that I am comfortable. The front desk staff has always been nice.

It was my first time at Elements Massage. And I had an amazing experience by meeting the front desk associate and my massage therapist. Ahmad exceeded my expectations. He was very polite, respectful, intelligent and beyond gifted massage therapist. His passion to heal people shows in every movement of his hands. He listens to your needs and goes above and beyond to fix the issues and make you feel great.Thank you Ahmad for being so professional and caring about your patients health. Highly recommend!!!

I had a deep tissue massage with Ahmad and it was such a great massage. He was able to apply the right amount of pressure to make sure I felt comfortable. I also have TMJ and he was able to work through all my muscle tightness. I will definitely be back! Dakota the front desk staff was great as well. She talked me through the membership process and I signed up!

I am changing my review to a five star one because the owner answered my last one and was so kind and compassionate and then made the horrible experience I had so much better by offering me a massage by an excellent therapist. Customer service is everything today and then on top of it getting a great massage at the end of a long day of work was incredible! I am definitely going back!

I have had an elements massage membership for over a year and a half now. I have been to multiple locations in the Midwest and Florida. The Boca Raton location has been one of my all time favorites. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had here and felt so much better leaving. I was able to meet the owner/manager and she was extremely nice and helpful with appointment scheduling and explaining different services that will help with different needs. This location has more than just regular massage. They have lymphatic massage which I am looking forward to trying this month! If you’re in the Boca Raton area this is a must try massage location you will not leave disappointed. The facilities are clean and very nice!!!

I have been going to Ahmad for about a year now to help treat my back and neck pain. I have never experienced a better massage by a more talented individual in my life. Ahmad has changed my life and helps me live pain free!!! Something I never thought possible! New management is great as well, this location is a must visit!

Ahmad was the best massage I have had in ever. I am coming from New York, visiting parents. I have very bad lower back issues and was in significant need of help.
