Nice massage always find appointments when I need them

Me and my wife booked a couples massage and were immediately disappointed that it was in separate rooms. This was the worst massage we have ever. It was so bad I tried to leave half way through but my masseuse told me to turn over instead and continued so I felt to bad to say something. We both had the same experience which was maybe 5-10 minutes of a massage and 50 minutes of petting. No effort. No care shown. I literally drove to the next massage place nearby and got another massage because it was so bad. He wiped oil off my legs then proceeded to rub against my leg hair for 20 minutes and was making it burn. Either they didn’t care or were brand new. Sad waste of money.

Very well priced for the service received. My favorite masseuse is capable of putting me to sleep in 20 minutes, it usually takes almost an hour! She has great technique and excellent ability to pinpoint your sore spots!

My bffs and I were in Miami celebrating a birthday and they made a last minute appointment to accommodate all 3 of us. I got a hot stone massage. Being my first professional massage I didn’t know what to expect but the setting was very pleasant and relaxing and my therapist was amazing. I left feeling so rejuvenated. If you’re on the fence about visiting this location, go ahead and book an appointment, you won’t be disappointed.

Horrible customer service. I called them on Monday and made appointment for 2 people for Wednesday for 5 pm . Never got confirmation text message . Wednesday I called them back to confirm appointment and guess what ? Accidentally I didn’t have any at 5 pm . They proposed me to come at 4 pm which didn’t work for me . I decided to give it a chance and made new appointment on the following day, made a payment upfront just to make sure they won’t mess up my appointment again . When I arrived there on Thursday I was told that on of the masseuse is running late on 30 MIN . That’s inappropriate!!!! I canceled both of my appointments and now I have to deal with getting my money back , because I paid upfront . Never will recommend this plays to anyone !!

I came here after having a bad experience at the Brickell location. I came in to the Aventura location and had Andrea. All I can say is that she definitely turned around my impression of My Massage Haven. I told her the areas to which I needed more attention and she listened and did a really great job. I had a deep tissue and she added CBD oil which was fantastic. She really knew what she was doing and the pain in my left shoulder had gone away and I felt super relaxed. I will definitely be back again to see her.
