Had a huge golf tournament coming up on the weekend. Woke up early in the week with some discomfort in the shoulders and neck. Doug was able to squeeze me in to his schedule last minute. He was able to help me work through some pain points and alleviate my tension for the tourney. It had always been difficult to find a MT that has the hands strong enough to help me. If you are looking for someone who knows what they are doing you found the right place! I was having horrible Lavtor pain (I could hardly turn my head or lift my arm straight up) and left feeling like a new person. Doug took his time to listen to me and genuinely cares about making you feel better. He uses a variety of techniques and even took his time after to show me some stetches that can help my problem areas. Clean and relaxing environment and just over all very professional. We are only in town for a week...and vacation seemed like the perfect time for some extra self care. I have several chronic illnesses (including Fibromyalgia) that cause painful muscles and joints. I was able to get an appointment easily, and Doug was so kind! The massage was wonderful, and he made sure to ask if the pressure was ok, considering my chronic pain. He also did acupressure and Reiki, which were both very helpful for me. I wish I lived close enough to return on a regular basis!
