The one star is for the way I was treated today by the cashier. I have been a loyal customer at this location for many years, often making the 45-50 minute drive with my mother. The reason for this dedication has always been the excellent service we received. The receptionist, was consistently pleasant and accommodating of our schedule, making our visits a pleasure. Kevin, Jack, Sam, William amazing. However, several staff members have left in the past few months, and the new management seems to lack sufficient customer service skills. The desk staff member is rude, argumentative, and unwilling to assign the masseuse or the time of my choice. I explained to him that I come from a distance and have been a long-time customer, and I would like to select the masseuse I prefer. However, he said it was not "good" for his business and refused to schedule two appointments. I am a deeply disappointed customer.

I will give this place a 5-star if not for the rude male receptionist. He gives an attitude on the phone if you ask questions about their services and he was rude on the check out as well. Good thing that Tony, the massage therapist gave an amazing service. He provided just the right pressure and was able to target my knots on the shoulders and neck. For the back massage, you can have an option of having an acupressure or an oil massage. Hot stones and warm towel were applied after the massage which made it very soothing. The foot massage was also very delightful. If you’re looking for a strong pressure, you got to try Tony!

My experience was great at Tokyo foot Spa, the guy who massaged was very professional and polite.I did the combo massage which is 35 mons of Shiatsu body massage and 25 mins foot massage.I enjoyed it all and felt very relaxed after. Its not a soft massage though. For those who dont like high pressure its not the right place for them. The prices are very affordable compared to the other average Spa.I highly recommend this place for people who endure strong and deep massage, and I cant wait to try the other options they have !!

I normally say if you have nothing nice to say don’t say it , but….. I had a bad experience here today. There were several people in the reception area when I arrived for my appointment and 2 were complaining that they had an appointment and weren’t being shown in. They said that they could reschedule but were treated rudely by the receptionist and walked out saying that it is under new management and it’s awful. Even though they had a gift certificate they refused to reschedule . The other patron ahead of me said she was leaving as well after seeing the treatment that the first 2 customers had received. I should have followed suit but have been here many times and enjoyed my services in the past. However that was not the case today. My therapist began the service with applying oil to my face and his fingers smelled of cigarettes. As the service continued I noticed that he had rubber gloves on both hands. The foot massage was so light in pressure that I was sure he was falling asleep. I asked for more pressure (think I woke him up) and he deliberately pressed so hard on the most sensitive part of the foot. I could go on but suffice to say I will not be returning until they can correct the issues that many have experienced.

I go here 2 to 3 times a month. I like the fact that they have two private rooms that is the only option that I use. However, the only reason I go here is to see the massage therapist named Lisa! If you are in the area or even close it is worth a stop here to request her. There has been many times where she has not been working and I will wait until she is back from her day off. She is in business!

Just got my first massage at this place today and let me say, CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK!!! If you need stress to leave your body….. go there! I have neuropathy in my feet and I feel relieved for the first time in a very long time. I was scared to have anyone touch my feet but I believe if I did this on a regular basis, I might be able to feel much better, especially with my Situation and the neuropathy. I have spent over $7k, (I swear) in all kinds of different creams, equipment, lasers and finally at a clinic that specializes in neuropathy. I am finally seeing a light!! I highly recommend!

Let me be clear, the one star is for the way I was treated today by the cashier. The therapists were actually great. I had the most horrific experience with the man behind the counter, that I literally wondered how this place was still open. My friend and I showed up for our 1pm appt, and I showed the man, Jay Xie, my $200 gift certificate on my phone. He said, "I don't know how to do this, you pay today." I informed him that he ought to call someone to figure it out because I was going to use the gift card. He literally said, "you can leave!" I did not, and told him he had an hour to figure it out while we got our massages. Another couple came in and asked to use their father's day voucher they had just purchased. Because the prices had gone up, they would not honor their voucher. Another argument ensued. After our massages, we came out and I was told he took it off the gift card and that I had a "few dollars left". I said there was $200, and the massages were only $90, so should have $110 left. He said I don't know, I don't know what to tell you. I said you can tell me what the balance is on my card. He said," I can't I'm very busy". (He wasn't) I asked him for the manager's name, and he said he didn't know. I said you literally work here and you don't know who your boss is? He refused to give me a name. I have no idea if he has used the entirety of my gift card. But to be honest if I had to deal with that again I don't think I'd want to go back anyway. Beware!

The front desk receptionist is very rude. He was rude to two women before me and also was rude with me, I’m not sure if he is new but I have previously been here and was treated better. I usually never leave negative reviews but he was very disrespectful.
