The Palace Foot & Body Massage

My husband and I visit this amazing place at least 2x a month. We have our people that we really love and it never disappoints. The foot massages are great and I especially like the back massages! Super relaxing and the decor inside is really cool too 🙂

My sister and I had foot massages next to each other. The man doing her massage would start laughing in a low tone every few minutes. It was so weird. My guy was belching here and there. He rubbed the front of my shin so hard, I developed a huge bruise on my left leg. When he switched to the right side, he didn’t do the same amount of massage on my right foot. It was totally uneven. Then I hear a women’s voice telling me we were done.They switched people at the very end when pushing down on my thighs. Terrible experience.

This place is wonderful. I was visiting my mom, and I went there twice. The massages are terrific. I've had the 1 hour foot and the 1 hour full body. I highly recommend both. Larry was the masseuse for both, and he was amazing. If I lived in Delray, I would be there weekly!

Vacationing from Orlando and my brother treated me to a massage here. Mia is one of the best therapists I ever had! Will return every time I visit South Florida!!

I feel worse then when I came!! The worse massage and experience I have ever had getting a massage. To be told by the receptionist that their just being lazy is just horrible customer service. I called and asked for deep tissue and literally just had someone rubbing and caressing my body instead of massaging the knots out of my shoulders as I requested. Halfway through the massage, I couldn’t take it anymore. It literally felt like he was tickling me. He was rubbing me so softly it felt very uncomfortable. I expressed my concerns and the manager brought someone else which literally did the same thing there was no consistency with the way either guy Massage they literally could have cared less where they felt my knots. They overlooked them and continue to caress instead of massage. I got up in the middle of my massage paid full price and left. I will never come here again. If you want a real massage, I would advise you find somewhere else to go.

Today was my first experience and I can’t say but wonderful things about the place. Kelly did a fantastic job on the combo masssge …body and feet for an hour. Will definitely return soon.

Chinese lady at the front desk completely crazy will make all kinds of mistakes with your appointments then will blame at you with no respect and in a very unprofessional way be aware she is crazy yesterday was my last day going there because of her I was spending about $ 800 a month... to be treated like garbage by her. She never give me her Mgr or Owner Ph to let them know about what this is doing with great clients...

Today I clearly got cheated there. I went for the third time but I stated I'd take an hour this time as the previous times I only took a half hour. I paid in advance at 2.10 pm by credit card so we started about 2.15. At 2.40 Anna tells me my hours up. I told her it wasn't even a half hour yet but she said, No, it's been an hour. I then pulled out of my wallet the visa tab which clearly showed the time being 2.10 but she still argued the point, even though I LITERALLY BROUGHT THE RECEIPTS! Buyer beware !
