I have had the pleasure of working with Joseph who is gifted at aiding in releasing tension from the body. I have an old injury in my hip area that has been causing me so much pain in my life. I have tried doing different types of therapy but working with Joseph has helped me have more range of motion , with decreased pain and tightness in my hip. He uses a combination of sports/deep tissue massage ..that has relieved almost all the pain I have been experiencing for years. Even though at times it can be discomforting/painful to receive the massage, at the end of each session I feel so much better. I would highly recommend coming here !

I am so grateful for the amazing massage I received from Joe. I have been experiencing intense pain in my shoulders, arms, and lower back. Joe spent time with me prior to the massage explaining what is actually happening in my body. He was then able to provide me with great relief by the end of my therapy session. Self-care is important and taking The time to care for myself doesn’t come easy. I plan to return to Joe frequently To avoid the discomfort I had been feeling. Thank you, Joe for what you do. All I can say is WOW After the hurricane I was suffering from so much stress and my body was locked up. I was in so much pain. Joe helped ease my built up stress and muscle tension. Now I feel 10xs better. I will be back forsure. The place is clean and cozy. They have a lot of rooms and space. This place is the real deal and you will feel satisfied after leaving .I’m so happy I gave this place a try. 10/10 recommend ⭐️

Went in for a couples massage, and I can Honestly say they know what they were doing. I would recommend whether it be for a relaxing massage( which the wife got ) or more of a deep tissue which helped a lot with my rolled forward shoulders. I would Definitely come again!

Great location and new to the area. Nice rooms and big tables. Lucy does a great job. Very strong and has a way about her that makes a deep tissue massage feel relaxing. Frequently checking if pressure is ok. And quite thorough at feet and hands. Looking forward to revisiting and would highly recommend for athletes.

My sister and I visited two weeks ago and were so impressed by the staff and facility, that we booked appointments for the following week. Tom was absolutely amazing! I will book 90 minute appointments with him whenever I am in town.

This place is great! The therapists are very talented and professional. When I arrive I’m in knots, stressed, and in pain. I leave 90 minutes later pain free and relaxed. My posture has even improved as a result. The facility is clean and comfortable, and the staff is super friendly. Outstanding experience.
