A few years ago, I injured my neck and left shoulder while lifting a patient. Since then, I’ve been seeing a local massage therapist, but the treatments only offered temporary relief. Then a fellow nurse recommended Meili from Elite Massage, and after just three sessions, the difference has been incredible. I’m now taking half the amount of Tylenol, experiencing less chronic pain, and enjoying twice as many pain-free days each month. What sets Meili apart is not only her expertise but also her personal touch. She always remembers my name, knows exactly where to focus her work, and genuinely asks about my life outside of therapy. I've had 3 sessions with Meili over the past few months. I appreciate that she's customized each one to address my pain points, as well as any that she finds during the massage. She applied a combination of massage, stretches, and introduced me to traditional cupping therapy, based on what she thought would work best for me. I've experienced a significant improvement in my shoulder mobility and upper back. She takes great pride in her work and training. I highly recommend Meili, and I'll be back for more sessions soon!

The absolute BEST deep tissue medical massage. Titusville is blessed to have such a talented and experienced practitioner. She customizes each session to specific needs and the results are always outstanding. My range of motion is improved and I feel amazing for days after.

Meili is a highly trained massage therapist as well as proficient in fire cupping therapy. For three months, I had extreme shoulder, hip and leg pain . The pain was waking me up four or five times a night. Last week Melli used fire cupping and massage to release the pain. I left with much less pain and better range of motion, sleeping well by the second night. I had deep massage again today, leaving me more angile and comfortable. Meili cares enough to share the knowledge most Asian’s practice everyday to stay well.

Best in town; Very knowledgeable She will ask if any discomfort, and will give recommendations based on what she notice during the 60/90/120min massage 100% recommended for pain management and lymphatic drainage. My body felt all the oxygen coming in from head to toe.

This was the BEST massage of my life. I didn’t think I could feel so good after one session. I did the sports one and she focused on all my problem areas. ALL of them! Can’t wait for another session ❤️

I'm very picky about massages because I'm a massage therapist and as much as every "massage" feels great it's extremely frustrating paying $100+ for a service that's not therapeutic and not what you're expecting. Rachel was awesome. I know her level of expertise & skill because I've taken some extremely intensive courses with the same instructor she's trained with only she's got tons more experience than I do I would highly recommend Rachel for therapeutic body work if you're looking for relief of ailments vs just relaxation ☺️ I went in there having difficulty breathing because of right musculature and walked out feeling immensely better!
