Relax or Knot - Chair Massage Spot

I've been having some pain in my neck and shoulders so decided to give Relax or Knot a try. I loved that I was able to walk in when it was convenient for me and I only had a five minute wait to be seen. While I was waiting I used the free foot massagers. I was paired with Melanie and as far as I'm concerned she is a saint. She relieved all of my pain and I slept amazing for two nights in a row. I can't thank her enough! I will be back.

Amazing! We decided to try them out today and Melanie was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The knot is worth the extra price as they get deep into your muscles for the tension relief. Place is well kept, clean, and smells fantastic. Highly recommend checking them out.

All I can say is - WOW (that was also the only thing I could seem to say right after the massage). I found this place online this morning while I was trying to find a place near me that did chair massage (as table massages have not cut it for me lately). They are about 40 min out, and considering the max they do is 30 min, I wondered if it would be worth it. However, I was in enough pain that I decided to try it, and it is the single best thing I have done for myself in years. Corey (spelling? Sorry if I messed that up lol) greeted me when I went back and instantly made me feel at ease. I told her I would need to keep her appraised of pressure because I was so sore in some areas, but she ended up nailing the pressure in every spot along my neck, shoulders and back without input. It's like she could feel my reaction before I could even voice it. Then, in that 30 min, she released tension in areas I didn't even know existed and also got all of my sore areas. By the end of it I was speechless, and after leaving I think I have told every person I've encountered today about it. I do have some muscle soreness this evening, but it feels like a good workout instead of pinching pain. My vision is clearer, my headaches are gone, and my energy levels today have been off the charts even with an awful night's sleep last night. So if you are on the fence, or if you just don't know if a chair massage would really cut it - TRY IT. I will be going back weekly for a bit just as I know, at first, my muscles are going to want to revert back to what they know. But even when I don't need that anymore, I will be treating myself at least once a month. Thank you thank you thank you Corey!!!

Tweaked my back lifting a heavy bag and it wouldn't loosen up. Went to Relax or Know on the recommendation of a friend and because it felt so much better after a 10 minute session, I went back for a full session and have not had a problem with my back again! Thanks Relax or Knot!

Went to this place about 2 weeks ago. Great people and atmosphere. They did a very good job working through the knots out. Will come back again.

Great experience. Short massage but with maximum results. I truly felt the tension loosen.

I really debated about writing this review. I love this place, I love the concept, I love how convenient it is for a lot of people and I really think the own is a super nice genuine person. I have been here a few times in the past and received a wonderful quick massage. There are multiple lady that work there so you can come back and try another to find the fit for you. Scheduling is easy online and lets you pick which therapist you would like. I will go back , however I will be observant of who I book with. Please go enjoy a quick "pick me up" and support this company.

They are amazing! I’m the guy who they put to sleep on the chair and walks out with two thumbs up in the air. Thank you for always relieving my chronic neck and back pains.
