I have been to various doctors and physical therapist concerning my posture in the last 10 years. When I went to Kelsey, her advice, insight , and knowledge exceeded my expectations. She has the ability to look at my issues and create a plan to help me strengthen the muscles that influence my spine. She also develops plans for you to do at home to supplement her procedure. I can feel the results of her work and advice. She has a natural ability along with many years of certified training to help you become the best you can be physically and mentally. I am amazed by her knowledge and positive attitude. I highly recommend Kelsey’s healing techniques. She has the knowledge and ability to heal you. You will not be disappointed.

I met Kelsey for the first today and felt I have known her all my life. She is so wonderful, funny, and heaven sent. My legs have been in pain for quite sometime now, and I have been to other specialist, but she is the only one that has truly helped my issues and truly ease my hurt. She is truly one of a kind and takes her time and knows exactly where the painful area is.... So glad I found her!!!!

I went to Kelsey after my wife arranged the visit and I have to say it was wonderful. Her ability to know right where the muscles are tightest and relieve that area is levels above anyone else. I had some pain that I didn’t even know what was the cause but she was able to work out those muscles and tendons and provide indicate relief. Thank you very much and I have scheduled monthly visits.

KD is amazing! She has totally transformed the pain in my neck to almost none. She takes her time to listen and work on the areas you need the most. I like deep tissue massage.
