Absolutely the worst! Didn't even finish full massage. She said she ran out of time, as if it was my fault. Said I should pay for another 1/2 hour so she can finish.

Best massage I've had in fifteen years! Michelle listened to my issues and explained the rapid treatment to me as we went through it. The relaxation massage was heavenly. It combined massage and stretching techniques tailored to me. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. The office is small and private. No need to worry about crowded waiting areas. ZzzzxZZZzzzz I normally rate my massages based on if I fall asleep or not, but this time I didn’t want to fall asleep. I kept fighting it until...ZZZ...I woke myself up because Michele is worth every penny! I purchased a RAPID tx/Therapeutic Massage bundle. She is one of only TWO therapists in Central Florida who are certified in this treatment. O.M.G! If you have any issues, she can work them right out. It’s hard to explain the treatment, but it is basically like a deep pressure point and movement treatment. I kept my clothes on and it is not meant to be relaxing. She made sure my eyes were opened as I sat upright on the table. Then, she moved on to the Therapeutic Massage and let’s just say she is the “Muscle Whisperer”!!! She started off with aromatherapy and had me inhale Lavender essential oil to help me relax. She concentrated on my upper back, neck and shoulders, which are my problem areas. She did it all with perfect pressure. I normally have to ask the therapist to go deeper. Rose Geranium was then breathed into my lungs while I was in the prone position. This is where I entered dreamland. She worked my glutes and noticed a difference in my legs and my posture. I do tend to gangsta lean while driving. She seemed more aware of my body than I am! Michele is very knowledgeable and professional. I urge everyone to book a treatment with her. She will NOT disappoint! VISIT 2: If you have not heard of RAPID tx it’s because there are only a few licensed therapists in Central Florida. Michele is the BEST! She knows my body better than I do. I had her RAPID and Therapeutic Massage bundle, but this time she recommended that I switch the order due to the Substance P being released when she performs RAPID and [more big words explanation]. I was a little hesitant, but I trusted her. It was even better! Her aromatherapy is always spot on. She starts with Tranquil to relax me, then flips me over and fills me with Lemongrass fumes for inflammation. RAPID #hurtssogood as she digs deep into the muscle and evaluates the range of motion. She works the length of the muscle until the posture is properly aligned. Well after my treatment, she checked me out and was aware of why my right shoulder was always more lifted than my right. My mini backpack was hanging off one side and my shoulder was raised to my ear in order to keep it in place...something I do subconsciously. This therapist should be a doctor! She does her research and is constantly learning. Someone make her an honorary doctor!
