Cotee River Therapeutic Massage

Alex has helped me more than chiropractors have by taking the time to figure out what was actually going on. Highly knowledgeable! My muscles and pain have never been better! His deep tissue massage and cupping has improved my sciatica and neck pain tremendously! Definitely worth the price!

I was recently in a car accident and having severe nerve pain down my arms and in my neck. A friend recommended Cotee River Therapeutic Massage to me. Alex really took the time to listen to my concerns and come up with a treatment plan. My nerve pain has greatly decreased and I’m feeling better than ever! Great service! Bringing my husband in to have a couples massage soon.

I am an advert golfer play 3 to 4 times a week. I have had several diffrent back injuries. Alex is so knowledgeable he always locates the problem and provides relief without alot of pain. I went to chiropractor for treatments 3 times a week for 6 weeks and a orthoedic surgeon none of which brought me very much relief our any insite to what the problem was. Within 10 minutes Alex had it located and brought me relief i played golf the next day and shot 77!

Location is in a great spot right on the Cotee River. Very nice. Alex is the best massage therapist in the area. He does a wonderful job addressing all my areas of concern.

I very much appreciated Alex's work. As a former therapist myself, it is easy to recognize when someone is doing a rote treatment and when the bodywork is genuinely applied to the places in the body, or overall, that require specific attention. It takes training and focus. Alex has both and I look forward to working with him again. I also enjoyed his location on the river which is both professional and scenic.

At Cottee River massage I learned a lot about my body from measurements Alex took and it opened my eyes to a new different approach. He was very nice and made me feel comfortable. I will be returning for future treatments.

Had a myofacial release massage after back surgery .Haven't felt so well in ages. Alex's knowledge of osteopathic manipulation ,which involves stretching , massaging and moving the musculoskeletal system, ( yes, I googled )is very refreshing because he can begin tell by your aches and pains what is going on with your body. Certainly more so than any medical doctor I've ever seen, trying to find out why I'm having so many back and hip problems. I had my initial assessment and a good massage and made my next appointment. I think his knowledge is amazing and I'm very happy I found him.
