I received a GENUINE deep tissue massage and I must say that Frederick was very knowledgeable at getting to the root of the issue with the problems addressed. I looked for months to find a place in Waco for a great massage, and I have finally found the spot. Can’t wait to go back!

Fredrick is an expert and a total professional. He is kind, responsive to feedback and does everything he can to make you feel better. I work a very heavy labour job, and see him once a week. He keeps me going, and is (unfortunately) one of Waco's best kept secrets! I hope people see this and are encouraged to give him a try- you won't regret it!

Goodness! Where has Fredrick been all my life?? The deep tissue massage was FANTASTIC. I’ve been to quote a few massage therapists and by far this was the best experience! Fredrick listened to my muscle concerns and knew exactly how to treat each issue! He’s communicative in making sure he was applying enough pressure and taking feedback. I added aromatherapy because I needed a little peppermint energy boost and I’m glad I did! Before my appointment was over, I already started planning my next visit (it’s a week from now!). Hands On Bodywork’s studio was clean, inviting, and cozy. Being able to choose your own music is a fun highlight too. If you’re an athlete, a weekend warrior, work in sedentary environment, or just looking for relaxation - Fredrick is your mom!

Because of the good reviews I read, I booked a massage with Fredrick Ross. So glad I did! He is very knowledgeable with anatomy but also has a gift for finding and working out the trouble spots. He is very focused on doing excellent work to help the body function better. I will definitely make getting a massage from him a regular body maintenance priority.

Fred is truly incredible and I highly recommend him. This is the best massage I have ever received and provided so much relief. I have been having some hip pain while performing leg press and waking up with hand numbness. Both of these issues have improved from receiving muscle work. I look forward to more visits.

Fred was absolutely amazing! He is very personable, professional, and knows his stuff! This was my first appointment with him and I will absolutely be back. I'm amazed at how great my body feels after a session with him- I came in with extremely sore and stiff muscles and left with significant improvement in muscle pain and mobility. His use of a variety of techniques ranging from deep tissue, trigger point, compression, cupping, and stretching made for one of the quickest recoveries I've ever had after a competition/event. I'm looking forward to scheduling my next session for general body/muscle maintenance!
