The massage was tailored for my comfort level-you can get a deep tissue but I asked for a lighter touch. The ambience is inviting and soothing to the mind and soul. Brittany is a great massage therapist. One of the best I’ve ever had. Have had massages from her for over 6+ months. Each massage is unique/personal based on the needs identified during the massage. She has a an excellent understanding of how the body works allowing for an unmatched therapeutic massage. Brittany is very professional and respectful allowing you to be comfortable and relaxed throughout your treatment. She cares deeply about your experience and overall outcome post massage. I would recommend anyone to try Brittany at sacred sanctuary because you will not be disappointed. From the moment you sit down and talk to her about your needs and concerns you feel empathy and concern come from her and while receiving the massage she presents herself with self confidence in being able to assist you in overcoming your pain, tension, stress, and improve your overall mobility.

Brittany did a fabulous job communicating enough to tailor my massage to my desires and explain anything necessary during the session, but let me zone out and de stress for most of it. The hot stones and essential oils were amazing. She was really kind and did a great job relaxing my muscles. Her studio is on the top floor of sugar sugar if you’re looking for an entrance - you go there! Absolutely will be a repeat customer.

Brittainy does a great job, helps a lot with back/neck/shoulder soreness. I always get the 'cupping' done which was something I had never tried before but would highly recommend! Great location also, and Brittainy has the room set up perfectly with music/ambience to make the experience relaxing.
