Booked a massage on a whim and I am glad I did. Front desk was super friendly and helpful. Had my massage with Josh and he was very knowledgeable and gave one of the best massages I have ever had. You can tell he enjoys what he does. Would definitely go again

In an effort to continue my self-care reset and commitment, I reserved a massage at Elements. Although, the scheduler did a fantastic job sharing expectations, I thought she was exaggerating about the selected therapist. Well, she wasn’t. What I thought would be somewhat relaxing was truly met with recovery. There are massage therapist. And there is Dee Pettaway. Paving the way to better health. Only if you have the courage to weather the pain. Dee is a professional and she is very knowledgeable about the body. I wasn’t prepared for what Dee had in store for my body. Seder is the real deal. Immediately, her thumb felt like King Kong. Dee has very powerful healing hands that delivers a deeper detox than your average therapist. She is simply amazing! While I’m embarrassed to say I wasn’t ready for Dee, I was able to withstand enough to say my body felt 10 times better than pre-Dee. Thank you Dee for boosting my circulation and making me feel lighter. Regina Wadsworth

Lynn, my therapist, is unbelievably knowledgeable! She can immediately address my needs and make me walk out like a wet noodle. I can honestly say…I love Lynn!!! The staff at Southlake location are so very kind and personable. It never ceases to be a wonderful experience at each of my appointments.

Update: changed from 1 to 4 stars. Shaunte, the manager, called and resolved the situation by making my boyfriend's massage free of charge as well, and offered us both complimentary massages at an alternate elements location.. as well as multiple apologies. I am pleased with the resolution, but unfortunately will not return to this location. Shaunte deserves so much praise. Thank you for humanizing the situation and caring for your customers. Went to this establishment today for a one hour massage. Showed up a few minutes late but they were accommodating. Then my appointment took a turn for the worse. My appointment was cut short because my therapist told me I had a fungal infection on my back and my massage was over. I, being a clean freak, very hygienic and never having a fungal infection in my life, was mortified. My boyfriend was getting a massage with another therapist and then he was notified. They said I wouldn't have to pay for my service since it had to be cut short, but that my boyfriend might have to pay for his massage. So apparently I was supposed to be humiliated and sit there/wait for him after receiving this news. When asked if I was giving my therapist a tip, I said no. I went to an emergency clinic and wasted $70 for them to tell me I have sensitive dry skin and that the indentation the therapist was referring to on my back was from my bra. Literally wasted a perfect Saturday and now we're probably going to have to pay for my boyfriend's appointment regardless due to this trash review I'm giving. I will never return and I'd never recommend this place to anyone.

Every massage therapist I have worked with here has been skilled, kind, and professional. My favorite is Giovani. The atmosphere is relaxing and friendly and I love coming here for my monthly massage!

Dee has years of medical massage experience! She has helped my headaches go away. She is definitely a great deep tissue therapist. Great with getting rid of knots and tight muscles.

I have been a member at Elements Massage for many years, Xin is by far the best massage therapist that I have had. She is expert at deep tissue and has healed the pain in my lower back and hips. I highly recommend her.

I couldn't have asked for a greater Birthday present. The employees were extremly nice and the massage I recieved made all the difference. I'll definitley be going back!
