I went with my husband for a couples massage. Appointment was made the day before through their website and it was very easy and self explanatory. Any questions I had regarding the appointment were answered thoroughly via text. Andy did my relaxation massage and it was by far the best massage I've gotten! Hot stones felt very good as well. Highly recommend!

I am a licensed therapist as well and was in town visiting. I am always interested in visiting legitimate massage establishments to potentially learn new techniques and to see how they compare to my services. I do not tell them I am a peer. Overall I was extremely impressed. Facility and location: Great upscale location, very clean and appealing lobby. Staff - extremely personable and professional. Answered all my questions. Massage: met with a delightful and charming therapist named Caroline (SP?). Everything was perfect - we started and ended on time. She has great techniques and some I have never experience anywhere before. She is very knowledgeable and she answered (correctly) many questions I had about cause of soreness and tenderness, She also did some requested stretching for me that was perfect. If you want a great, 100% professional massage and a fair price and in a clean, reputable facility, this is the place to go. You won't go wrong.

I had the pleasure of having an amazing one hour massage experience accompanied with hot stones, cupping and also a face massage. I recently got into a car accident, and my back has been in terrible pain ever since. After just one session with both ladies (I believe they took turns) my back has felt tremendously better! Both ladies are very sweet and welcoming. They made this experience so peaceful and relaxing, I highly recommend you pay them a visit. The inside is beautifully decorated, and they also offer warm water after having your massage to help detoxify your body. Their prices are also pretty reasonable with how thorough they are with their massages and assisted stretching. I highly highly recommend you pay for them a visit

Coraline is a fantastic massage therapist, I have a very physically taxing job that has left me with a lot of stiffness in the neck shoulder and overall upper back area and she really worked those areas out with the perfect amount of pressure. She’s so sweet and a great massage therapist! Definitely recommend to come here with Coraline✨

My husband and I went in for a couple’s massage this weekend (our 4th at this location) and after this visit, I don’t think we will be returning. It seems like this place is going downhill, starting with the dead crickets in the lobby and dead flowers in the vase. I am currently 12 weeks pregnant, which both ladies inquired about the second they saw me. I confirmed but said that I am still able to lay on my stomach. When we went into the room, there was a pregnancy pillow set up, which was fine. It was comfortable but it really got in the way. Even with a 90 minute massage, the only areas that were touched on my body were my back and about 50% of my legs, since I was laying on my side. My arms, shoulders, neck, and head were completely untouched. The pressure was on the extra light side too, so I don’t even feel like I received any kind of benefit from the massage at all. This alone probably wouldn’t have bothered me as much as it does now, but the customer service was definitely lacking. The masseuse massaging my husband answered multiple phone calls and left the room when a customer walked in, but no time was added to his massage for the interruptions. On our way out, I used the restroom while my husband paid. When I entered the lobby, the lady then said, “oh I forgot she is pregnant, so that is going to cost an extra $10.” He had already paid. I went to cover the rest while he went to the restroom, and was told that since I was using a debit card instead of cash that it would be an extra $2 fee, so we had to pay that twice even though it was her fault she forgot to charge it in the first place. And to have to pay more for a FAR lesser massage is just absurd.

Amazing place! I have tried many day spas and massages all over Austin and this easily was the best massage I’ve gotten here. Sofia was great! Prices are amazing! Will definitely be back!

Got a 90-minute deep tissue massage from Susan. EXCELLENT job! Walked in with very tight back, walked out so much better!! 620 staff are professional, well trained, and communicate very well. I highly recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was relaxing and very comfortable. My masseuse Coraline was an absolute professional. She was very deft with her hands and definitely knew what she was doing. Highly recommend this place.
