I made a 45 minute drive to the most beautiful session ever. We first started with a meditation that lead to a sound bowl bath. We saw she had many other services outside of massages and ended the night with a hot sauna. Brenda gave such great customer service and we can’t wait to go back. Attaching a videos. I travel all the way from Massachusetts just to get a massage from her and to get some spinal work done by a local Dr, and it’s always worth it. Brenda truly understands the body and how it works. After just a couple of hours, she resolved several long-standing issues I've had for over 30 years! Her expertise and intuition are unparalleled. I had the pleasure of experiencing an amazing evening of healing with Brenda at Now and Zen Bodyworks!✨ It began with cleansing my energy, then a beautiful and sacred sound bath (she has a beautiful voice) and ended with an amazing detox foot soak that was crazy lol! I will definitely be back, the ambiance is serene and I felt safe to open my mind and heart!

Her space is truly needed in the community! I had an amazing time there. The sound bowl meditation session helped me to get back into myself & center myself back into a peace of mind & letting go of anxiety. I finished with time spent in the sauna which was soooo wonderful! 10/10 will recommend to experience Brenda’s intentional services. Such an amazing & beautiful being, truly !!

I experienced Brenda's great massage while she was visiting LA. She was very professional, and I felt amazing afterward. I love deep tissue massages, and she gave the perfect amount of pressure. I haven't found anyone who can duplicate her service. I wish she was out here in Cali full time.

What’s amazing experience at Now & Zen! After my Lipo 360, I was searching for a therapist that was great at lymphatic massages. After reading reviews and reading more about Now & Zen’s offerings, I knew I had to book with Brenda. She was personable, professional and knowledgeable. She has a gentle, healing touch. And after a few sessions which included recommendations on compression garments to aide in my healing, I was top notch. Also, she makes the most amazing candles.
