WHAT A TREASURE! Ms. Sandra is an amazing massage therapist. I have had three massages, so for. All of them excellent. She has a very kind & calming demeanor. Knowledgeable & gives you the FULL time you paid for even a little extra sometimes. Not like these places were 1hr becomes more like 45 minutes. She will even help you with suggestions to relieve discomfort at home.

I don't know what the experience is supposed to be when it comes to getting a massage as this was my very first time ever getting one. I do know that customer service is a universal thing and she was very professional. Sandra explained every step to make sure that I was comfortable and she kept a great conversation with me the entire time. Dealing with a lot of back/neck pain with uncomfortable sleep every night is literally a headache and I felt very relaxed and "light" after the massage. I learned a lot during that time as well.
