I had booked a deep tissue massage, for one hour. When I arrived, the front desk staff was less than welcoming, you expect kindness a from the employees at reception in a massage business... My massage lasted 45 minutes, I paid with $100 spa finder gift card. I was not given any change, there should have been $16 left on my gift card. The massage therapist was definitely a beginner, she was very kind and did a decent job, I tipped well, because I know how it is out there. However, I feel like I wasn't given enough time and like I was robbed of my remaining gift card balance. I do not recommend Elements Massage @ Short Pump, very disappointed.

The waiting area is clean and the front staff is always pleasant and welcoming! The back area is not the most aesthetically pleasing, but the room is always clean. Peyton was AMAZING! I decided to join the membership just because of her. She was very receptive to my needs and provided me with much-needed relief. Thank you, Peyton!

My very first massage!! Danielle did amazing!! I had just gotten back from Cancun yesterday and my body felt so achy. So I decided to treat myself to a massage. Well let’s just say Danielle knew exactly what I needed. I got the 90 min massage with lavender oil. Front desk staff was very nice, easy check in. I left with tips on how to manage my neck pain and with mint chocolates. Will go back in the future. ☺️

Great massage! My fiancé booked me a full massage with the hot stones. This was my very first time ever getting a professional massage.OMG!! I felt like a new woman! My massage therapist Tiara was great, friendly, and has great hands she hit all my tense areas. The staff is very friendly also! I would go back definitely! Highly recommended

Star is fabulous!!!! I had my first ever massage today. I went in with lots of aches and pain and very tight muscles. She worked her magic and I walked out feeling like a new person. Over 6 hours later I am still feeling great. I will definitely go back to Elements

I love coming here! I’ve had a membership with them for over 2 years now. It’s my go-to gift for anyone in need of relaxation and self care. All the massage therapists have their own method of massages to best cater to your needs. I’ve always walked out of there with stretching tips & advice for my body. Front desk is always so friendly and welcoming! Most months they have half off of additional services such as cupping, essential oils, salt rocks, etc. so definitely keep an eye out for those add-ons!
