Elements Massage

I've been going to this Elements Massage for nearly a year and have had great experiences each time I've been here. They've been helpful and friendly over the phone, in-person at the front desk, as well as in the massage rooms during the massage sessions. I've seen Sara the most and have only good things to say about her! She is attentive to your needs, polite while asking how you're feeling and directing you when to turn over, and respectful of your feedback and adjustments. I recommend the massage services here!

The facility smelled really nice, the check in was easy and my massage was really relaxing, which is what I was hoping for. Sometimes I need a more intense deep tissue but I did ask for a relaxing massage this time. The therapist was prompt and I felt like she addressed each body area appropriately! . The only thing that would be better is if they has a relaxation room for before /after but for the price /location the waiting room was perfectly nice!

I haven't gotten many professional massages in general, so take my opinion with a grain of salt, but I really enjoyed my massage from Preston! He was attentive when it came to asking if the pressure was alright, and honestly he discovered the areas that were tight that I didn't even realize (notably my forearms, they absolutely needed a massage). The facility was clean and relaxing, and Preston was able to use the massage balm I brought because I've got a lot of allergies. Definitely excited to come back and send my husband here too!

Julisa was amazing. Intense deep tissue massage with incredible attention to detail. She knows her stuff! Can't wait for the next one.

First I love the vibe at elements. When you walk in, everyone at the front desk is warm and welcoming. They offer water while you wait and the music is very soothing. Once you’re back in your room, the soothing music continues and the dim lights relax you. When I go to elements I always see Jen. Jen is an amazing masseuse! I’ve been going to her on and off since 2020. She is able to find and get out the stubborn knots in my back /neck. I personally love a good DEEP pressure massage, even though it can be painful, Jen knows exactly the pressure to use to rub out the knots and she doesn’t go easy on me! Using cupping during my massages has helped with relief as well. I recently moved, but will still make the drive to see Jen when I need a massage because I don’t trust anyone else with my body.

I’ve been a member here for years and they never disappoint! Great front desk staff. The massage therapists are very knowledgeable and know how to target my needs. I always feel so much better after my appointments. Highly recommend!

Elements Massage is exceptional! The staff is welcoming, the ambiance is calming, and the massages are top-notch. The therapists are skilled and attentive, ensuring a fantastic experience. Highly recommend for anyone in need of a rejuvenating session!

Great massage therapists but terrible admins. We’ve been overcharged on more than one occasion, have to debate for the “free” massages that come with the memberships we signed up for, and the the staff is rude (especially Kelly - old man with ponytail). Why would we go to a place that creates stress as soon as their therapists relieve previous stress? Would not recommend this place and won’t miss it.
