After dealing with lower back pain for a year from lifting weights i recently discovered Shirley with Back in Touch from the already awesome reviews on her page and decided to give this a go! Shirley is very passionate about her work and thourough with the process and I had nothing but a great experience. After 2 hours of detailed work I discovered a lot about my injury as well as feeling completely rejuvenated. Shirley is one of the most authentic and caring providers I have encountered! She works to accommodate any needs you have to ensure you are comfortable and cared for. She knows her stuff and can find pain you didn't know you had, but then with the lightest touch, she coaxes the release of trigger points into a relaxed state. Shirley is incredible. I've been having body work done for many years across many states and I've never had anyone talk to me so in depth about my muscles and skeletal structure. She implemented a technique that I had never heard of, and after 2 1/2 hours on the table, I think I left there half an inch taller. Definitely recommend and I will be seeing her again the next time I'm in CDA.
