Osage Bodywork and Massage Therapy

I called to try and get in asap as I was on an overnight as a flight attendant! Amanda saved the day I had been suffering from sciatica and was in a lot of pain. She got me in last minute and helped me so much! She is definitely hands down the best massage therapist I have ever had! I will see her again if I come back to Idaho Falls! She was friendly, professional and compassionate about her work! Thank you again Amanda!

I requested Amanda when she worked for a past massage therapy company. So excited that she has started her own place! Amanda helped me with my SI joint pain. She would check in with me periodically during the massage to see if I was comfortable. She does amazing deep tissue work. I want her again!!

Amanda has a gift for listening to the body. I went into her office with my nervous system a mess and so much pain in my neck and shoulders. She was willing to balance out my body with Reiki and neck work that made me be able to turn my head again. I felt like a new woman after leaving her office. Wish I had found her sooner. If you want a therapist that does more than just a massage , she is the best around.

Completely surpassed any prior massages I have ever had. Before the massage Amanda assessed me still clothed , I found out I had an anterior pelvic tilt and one of my legs is longer than the other and this has been the reason form my back and sciatica pain. I feel relieved to know what direction will lead me to less pain. I feel hopeful in having a solution to the problem I have had for years. Thank you Amanda!

Best massage I've ever had! Amanda really knows how to find problem areas and work out the knots and tightness. If you're looking for real improvement in mobility and pain relief and not just an expensive back rub, this is the place!

Highly recommend her. I have had several massages from her. If you want relaxation or need certain areas of your body worked on she does great. You won’t regret going to her.

Best massage ever! Amanda used several techniques that I've never seen before, and it really helped to alleviate tendon pain and muscle soreness. I felt great afterward.

First time massage so I was a little nervous. I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable Amanda made me. Her studio is clean, comfy, private and smells delightful. She is friendly easy to talk to. I was very tight and have a lot of inflammation that she worked through. I was amazed at how great and relaxed I felt afterward. I will return soon and highly recommend. If your looking for a massage or having some body work done, you won't be disappointed at Osage.
