First ever professional massage and wow, I've been missing out on a lot!!! The owner is so kind and very informative! She went over products that she has as well as what to expect during the massage. I got a hot stone massage and idk that my body has felt this good since I was a teen! Seriously, you should most definitely check this place out..

After tweaking my back/shoulder in the gym & having a lot of discomfort in my hips from hockey I contacted Dawn & told her about my situation and how bad I needed to be worked on. she got me in ASAP and I woke up this morning feeling so much more comfortable walking around & with so much more mobility in my back & shoulder! I can’t recommend her and her business enough, from her natural products she sells and makes herself to her honesty, hard work and passion for people, me and my family love everything about essential bodywork & massage and can’t recommend it enough!

Dawn gave me an exceptional massage! She listened to my needs for the 90 minute session. She was able to restore my range of motion in my neck and hip, allowing me to walk away feeling completely revived! Her use of heat therapy, dark room and comfortable atmosphere allowed me to relax (which is very difficult for me do). Be sure to do yourself the great favor and book your next appointment with her! Unique Fisher was outstanding! She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything she was doing and the products involved. She was incredibly personable, sweet, informative, and funny! I would definitely go back just for her. The rest of the establishment looked beautiful. I will say, the atmosphere did not feel welcoming. The other people working there were not social at all. I looked around at some of the items for sale and was not asked if I needed any help, instead they just stood there and watched as I tried to look for sizing and so on. My overall experience was just eh. If it wasn’t for Unique, I probably wouldn’t return.

I was in excruciating pain in my hip and leg to the point that I could barely walk when I arrived at the spa. Amber was so kind and caring! She was totally focused on me and my pain. Her unique massage technique relieved my pain and I was able to walk afterwards without crying. I highly recommend Amber!!

I have been getting prenatal massages with Danna and she is amazing! I have been sleeping so much better 9 months pregnant since seeing her. She makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The pillow also takes so much pressure off my body which puts me in such a relaxation. Love it!!

I have been going to Dawn Howell for almost 5 years now. I'm so happy that she has her own place in Amherst. Whatever it is that you are dealing with, she can make you feel better. I went to her in 2016 for sciatic pain and went to her almost monthly for maintenance. She is a phenomenal massage therapist. She also has some amazing massage therapists working at Essential Bodywork and Massage. I recently had a different type of massage with Danna Mitchell and it was exactly what my body needed. She is an excellent massage therapist as well. I will be going back for more on a regular basis because my body needs regular maintenance. Essential Bodywork and Massage offers massages for every need. Whether it be a relaxing massage or a deeper core maintenance massage, Dawn has the therapists for every need.

I had the pleasure of experiencing the CBD facial yesterday with Dawn. It was a great experience and I felt completely refreshed afterwards. I have gotten compliments from three different people today regarding how great my skin looks and feels! I cannot wait to try these products at home and also schedule my next facial appointment!
