Frankie provides an incredibly comfortable and welcoming space. They were very accommodating to all of my questions and needs leading up to my session, and provided excellent communication throughout my appointment. The massage itself was very good, I came in with a lot of tension and left feeling loose and relaxed. Though chronic pain is not going to be "cured" in one visit, I can say that after a few days I definitely feel a bit of improvement and will be going back. I highly recommend Frankie and their practice to anyone looking for a welcoming, friendly, and accommodating experience.

My massage at Embodied Spirit was the most incredible experience!! Frankie is a real gem of a human, and really took the time to understand my goals, excitements, fears, and questions about the session. They took such care and consideration with their practice, catered the experience to my needs, and I felt physically and spiritually so relaxed in the space. I had back surgery 8 weeks ago and I'm still a little sore. Frankie was very mindful about the massage, checking in with me regularly to see I was experiencing any pain. They adjusted the pressure according to where they were massaging. I definitely left with far more mobility than when I came in. I highly recommend them for anyone post surgery or just needing a great massage.

Easy to schedule, reasonable and transparent pricing, a lovely and restorative space, and all that's before the massage. Frankie was great at checking in, customizing the massage for my needs, and used the firmer pressure that I often want but rarely can get in massages. I hope to be back soon!

My previous experiences with massage left much to be desired so I was happy to find a place so highly recommended. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was from start to finish. Everything was very tailored to my individual needs, and Frankie worked meticulously on the areas I was experiencing tension and discomfort. I will definitely be a return customer!

Frankie excels at working really tight muscles out of my neck and shoulders. They work with a variety of pressures and I appreciate that so much. Frankie also takes time before the actual massage to talk about how I'm feeling, what kind of stresses I have, and what my goals are. This is the best therapeutic massage experience I've ever had because they take my whole person into account when planning the session. Also, the massage table at Embodied Spirit is fantastic. It's supportive and generates gentle warmth all over!
