Elements Massage - West Chester

The scheduling and pre-appointment consultation were easy. I booked with Michelle and she was fabulous. I had a 90-minute massage with medium to firm pressure. She was very receptive when I requested a decrease in pressure (I was VERY tight and had many tender areas). I was fine with talking during my session, and conversation was easy and pleasant. Checkout was easy and the receptionist was pleasant. I signed up for a monthly plan and it's covered by my HSA!

Called in for a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate me which was great but Jennifer was even more than I could have hoped for. She has the strongest hands in the mid west! She was AMAZING. I highly recommend to see her if you need deep tissue work!

My experience with Elements Massage was very disappointing due to poor communication and management issues. As a new employee, I noticed several areas that could be improved for smoother operations. However, my attempts to discuss these concerns were not well-received. Additionally, the scheduling process was frustrating. The manager asked me to come in at the last minute, and when I responded, there was no acknowledgment or confirmation. I was later put on the schedule without notification, and it wasn’t reflected on the scheduling site, which created confusion. I also experienced discomfort when I was required to receive an hour-long massage despite expressing that I wasn’t comfortable and had another commitment. I proposed an alternative, but my concerns were ignored. Payment issues also arose during my time there. Although I was eventually paid after voicing my concerns, it was only on the day they processed the payments, not when the money actually hit my account. This caused confusion, as payday should be when funds are available in your account, not when they are processed. When I brought up my concerns about payment, the “complementary” massage was then thrown in my face, which felt dismissive as I had bills to pay. The company also stated they were supportive of employees having their own businesses, but my experience suggested otherwise. It seemed that as a recent graduate, I was expected to accept the poor communication and delayed payments without question. This review is not intended to slander the franchise but to share my experience. New therapists should be cautious and consider these aspects when deciding to join this franchise.

I liked that I could check for an opening online. Within a few minutes, I booked a 90 minute massage that started in one hour. When I arrived the staff greeted me and promptly brought over the medical documents I needed to begin. I added a CBD treatment to my order. The therapist asked me about specific areas I wanted him to focus on and a few other polite questions to make me comfortable. The massage table was heated, not too much, but just right. The massage was a mix of deep work and stretches (thai style). Overall, it was a relaxing experience. I'm not sure I noticed the effects of the CBD oil used but was relaxed, none the less.

Terrific experience start to end! The facility was nice, felt calm and welcomed upon arrival. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My therapist Pam was outstanding, she made sure I was comfortable throughout.

I am so happy with Elements Massage - WC. I am a long term member and have always been treated with respect and the deepest care. All the therapist I have seen are each remarkable in their own techniques. I currently see Chris and with his monthly care I have been pain free in my lower back.

I left feeling relaxed but the therapist I had was talking and making me laugh the entire session. I feel as if I didn’t get my money worth, I came in to get pain relief. I wouldn’t recommend this therapist if u are looking for total relaxation during your session.

I love the staff. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming and attentive. After JJ left, it took a while to find my “GoTo” person instead I found a few.
