When I called your establishment, my exact inquiry was, "How much is a couples massage?" To which the reply was, "...$110 for 60 minutes, but you'd have to be in separate rooms". No biggie. What a fair price. So imagine my surprise when I checked out and it was $110 PER PERSON!!! My question was very clear but the answer was not. The massage was good, but not good enough to be 1.5 times that of Spaah and others locally available. I did tip because it's not the masseuses fault, but WOW ..rip off! On top of that, my partner and I were both spammed with promotional emails, texts, and reminders to leave reviews. It was too much. I even received junk mail in my mailbox from them, and to add insult to injury, the price on the card was lower than what we paid and were quoted ($105 vs $110). There are better local places. The location is very odd as well, all broken up and even a key for the restroom, it makes it weird and not a relaxing feeling!

This place stole my money. I called over the phone to schedule an appointment. They asked for my debit card information and it was given. Before Hanging up I asked multiple times “will my card be charged before the appointment” they said no “you will pay after your appointment”. Fast forward I couldn’t make it to the appointment and I let them know I couldn’t make it. But they still charged my card $105 dollars which is way more money then I massage I was going to get if I made it to the appointment. I will be calling 1st thing tomorrow and I expect all of my money back and an apology or ELSE!

This place is great! Conner and the other therapists care about healing your whole body. It’s not uncommon for a therapist to run over to finish working out a difficult spot, and they always pick up the next session with where you left off with the previous visit. We are lucky to have this gem in our community!

Friendly staff, cleanly , great location, and amazing massage therapists! Best deep tissue massages ( best paired with the CBD oil add on) and just tried cupping for the first time ever. They focus on holistically healing your body rather than just giving you a “simple massage”. After even just one session, the tension and pain in my trouble areas have been drastically reduced. They also show you great stretches to maintain your body after your treatment ( to help with posture or any tightness). They also have a cute lounge for after your massage to sample organic herbal teas. 10/10 experience hands down.

Don't look any further. This is the place you were looking for. I called later in the day, and I was able to book an appointment the same day without any problem or complaints. As I walked into this very aromatic place, I wonder where the massage place is? They have a very nice store where you can find a large variety of fragrances at a decent price. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They listen to every single random thing I wanted to say. My visit didn't begin with the health care provider, but at the phone. Terence is a gifted health care provider. He paid close attention as I described the horrific experiences I had with prior places. I described to him how I had little trust that he could help me because others have failed and made me feel comfortable during the process. He walked me to a very comfortable room with the right lighting and perfect aromatic. He played music that my breathing was able to catch on during the entire hour of restorative work Terrance did. In the end, Terence provided me with a couple of exercises to follow up with my newly restored back. Now that I am back to work, I feel like I can take the world after the healing process that took place the day before. This was the first time I came to this facility, and I look forward to coming by every time I come to town. I don't have any other place to go but this one.

Worth every dime. The environment and staff are so chill. I’ve had massages a few times from here and always feel renewed. The staff ask what you desire from the massage, any areas you’d like worked on more and suit the massage to your activity level. They certainly deliver and I highly recommend them.

I very much enjoy the massages I’ve booked at That’s the Rub. I typically book a 60 minute massage with a student therapist, and it’s always such a great experience. They do wonderful & thorough work while also addressing your concerns and following your preferences. I recently booked a facial & eyebrow wax with Paige. Paige is amazing & so talented. She addressed all of my concerns & provided an incredibly relaxing service. I left feeling so refreshed & informed of how to care for my skin moving forward. I highly recommend any service with Paige, she was great!

This was my first time at this location and I got Terrence he was soooo great. I went in bc I have a lot of pain from osteoarthritis in my neck that radiates to my lower back and whenever I left I'm feeling great. Oh not to mention how well they listen to you and your needs. Also dont make u feel rushed,Would highly recommend
