BodyOne Massage

I delivered by my boy a month ago and had 60-minute pregnancy massage. Jessenia did an amazing job. My neck, shoulder, wrists, and back pain were relieved instantly! She did lower the tense of muscles and fascia. I have gotten massages for many times and she is the best!! I already made a reservation for my next massage!!

I see Luz here and would highly recommend! They are an excellent communicator and very tuned in to what they are doing. For example, they will notice if my breath changes and ask if the pressure is ok.

The worst massage experience I've ever had! I've been getting massages for years now, and have been trying to find a new location to go to regularly. Firstly, there's no check-in process and no one there to greet you, which is bizarre to me. I saw Luz and was uncomfortable with the amount of pressure used. I politely asked for less, but she went back to the intense pressure, similar to a deep tissue massage (which I did not book). She also kept using a hot stone on me, which felt wonderful, but I did not ask or pay for. Overall, I was in extreme pain and did not feel relaxed. My muscles feel worse now and bruised. My chiropractor was even appalled at how tense and tender my muscles were. I'm not sure if this is normal since I see no bad reviews on here, but I'm extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

BodyOne is clean, professional, quiet and serene. The customer service is excellent and I have had nothing but positive experiences in many interactions with BodyOne staff and owner.

Just received the most blissed out massage from Shawn McConathy. The perfect level of pressure and was so in-tune with the needs of my body. Could not recommend her any more highly! Can't wait for the next one.
