Soothe Total Wellness

I just had a deep tissue massage on Wednesday, and it was exactly what I needed. Before starting, Christina and I discussed my problem areas but during the massage she found more areas that need work and fixed them. I felt a significant reduction in pain, stress, and stiffness. Christina was professional and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable the entire time. I really loved the room decor and I felt more relaxed because the massage table had a built-in warmer. I went home feeling great and relaxed while sipping my complimentary orange-vanilla seltzer water!

I'm so happy I found soothe total wellness! I always leave feeling so relaxed and at ease. Christina is amazing!!! She's so kind and knowledgeable and so clearly loves what she does. The space is so cozy with one of the best massage tables I've ever been on. I've always had intentions of regular massage appointments due to the nature of my work but never really found a spot or person that made me want to go back until I found Christina. I've already been a couple of times and I can't wait to go back!

I like to say that Christina is magical I always go to her feeling sore and I leave a whole new person, who feels so much better and relaxed. She absolutely loves what she does and it comes through in her techniques during the massage. I appreciate how she asks how the massage was/ is and if anything needs to he adjusted ( more or less pressure etc). She wants nothing more then for her clients to feel better! I have had some bad plantar fasciitis issues and having seen Christine twice had helped me be able to put weight on my foot. She's simply amazing. Thank you for doing what you do.

It hardly seems like a enough stars to give Tina for my experiences at Soothe Total Wellness. The environment is relaxing and calm. Tina is a highly skilled therapist and can easily identify knots that need some extra work and make me feel brand new. I always walk out relaxed and feeling amazing. Highly recommend!

I received a prenatal massage today and Tina was AMAZING. Her presence, voice, the atmosphere all were so soothing. Her communication about pressure was perfect, making sure that I received the type of massage I wanted. And at the end she had a fridge of different drinks to choose from. It's so small, but I've never been offered a drink after a massage and it made me feel so cared for. I'm terrible with self- care and don't get massages often, but next time I do, it'll be here!

Best massage I have ever had! Tina has an amazing and beautiful energy which allows her to provide a unique and individual experience that is designed specifically to your needs. Her salon is clean, quiet and has a peaceful atmosphere. You will come away from a session feeling refreshed and relaxed. Highly recommended!

My massage with Christina was incredible. She has an amazing little set up. The lights and decor were perfect. I loved the tabletop fountain. She listened to me and adjusted the massage when needed. The full body scrub was my absolute favorite!! She makes it herself, it smelled so good and felt incredible! I will definitely be back for another massage!!

I've had a number of injuries throughout the years that require regular massage work to keep relatively pain free. It's difficult for me to find someone that 1) Consistently applies the amount of pressure I like and 2) Has a deep understanding of how to find the trouble spots and work through them and 3) Cares to resolve the issues. Needless to say, all of my checkboxes were checked with my massage with Christina. I will definitely be coming back on a regular basis and highly recommend coming here. It's everything anyone can hope for in a peaceful, relaxing massage and then some. Thank you!
