Elements Massage

Had a great experience. Was my first time getting massaged and I will definitely be going back.I got the additional cupping service as well. Omari was very respectful and made sure I was comfortable the whole time and really focused on the areas that were causing me the most discomfort. I feel like I was reborn.

Whenever I go in for a massage, I aim to relax and enjoy, and hopefully come out feeling renewed. The massage therapist was nice, but the massage was okay. The worse of all was she was talking for the whole hour when I was there. Initially I was engaged in the conversation thinking it would be for 5-10 mins, but she just kept going. I tried to close my eyes and only acknowledged what she said, hoping she would get the social cues and stop. Of course, that did not happen. I ended up feeling very exhausted after the massage.

I signed up for the membership to save costs. I explicitly asked if I could cancel anytime and was told yes. I tried to cancel after months of use and was told I would have to pay for one more month due to a minimum 30 day cancel policy. I have canceled my membership and have had to pay an additional $119 than I wanted. I let management know and they didn’t even try to help. It makes no sense to have a predatory policy like this for a service that has not been rendered. It’s a price gouge and underhanded especially when I explicitly asked about cancellation upfront and was told I could “cancel anytime”.

I had a great massage with Stephen an Elite massage therapist. He addressed all my issues with my back and neck and my legs. I felt extremely comfortable after his treatment. I was extremely satisfied and I am still feeling great a week after. Thank you

Great massage Maurice did trigger point. It was excellent. Relaxing. Only slight annoyance was other customers next room over were loud and I could hear their entire conversation. Maybe a sound machine and music to cover up the next room sounds or just keep appoints with spaced out rooms?

I had 2 weeks of back pain and tense muscles after long transatlantic flight, took Ibuprofen, heating packs, stretching, etc, with no relief. Had 1 hour massage session with Steven: oh my! Back to normal self!! Can't thank him enough! So knowledgeable! When people are highly mastered their profession, it makes all the difference

I was referred to have a trigger point massage with Maurice from one of my clients at this specific Elements massage spa. He is very knowledgeable, professional and helped with A LOT of tension that I had been experiencing. I will definitely return and highly recommend Maurice.

Haven't had a massage in a while and received one today from Chelsea. She was great! I also attempted to pay with a gift card but was unaware that they are specific to location. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and gave me a discount for the inconvenience. I'll definitely be returning!
