Elements Massage

Lois at the front desk was very kind and fun to talk to. Amy gave me the most unusually intuitive and strong massage I’ve ever received! She was also the only masseuse to use “three hands”! The reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because my eyes were burning all day from massage cream getting in them during the face work.

Overall disappointing experience. I paid for a 90 minute massage which lasted under 75 minutes. When I inquired about that, they said the 90 minutes allowed for “changing time”. I think 20 minutes for changing is quite excessive, especially given the price of the massage. Further I was upcharged $30 for an “expert” masseuse. At the beginning of the massage she asked what I wanted to focus on which I told her, but she did not focus on that at all. This place charges for 20 minutes of changing time and adds on an extra $30 for a mediocre massage, so I cannot recommend this place. You are better off spending your money elsewhere.

I have been a member for years and I have always had a good experience with the therapists here, however, Amy is The Master of skills. When she is done with me, I am pain free and feeling great! Thank you Amy!

What a welcoming and helpful staff, and I am especially grateful to Amy. I had multiple issues, but after just a few miraculously restorative treatments, I am virtually pain free. I've had some excellent therapists, but Amy is so knowledgeable and has such a broad skill set, she is on a different level!

Tim is FANTASTIC! My head and neck have never been better - I've had multiple massages in my life but Tim targeted these areas better than anyone ever has. Also very professional and kind. The front desk staff are also very efficient and KIND. Highly recommend.

If you are considering a membership here I would highly recommend you do it. The prices are so reasonable (even the add-ons and the rate increases for certain therapists). The space as well as the front desk staff are very warm and inviting and I truly look forward to my “Me Time” whenever I come in. Also, if you are ever lucky enough to get on Kimmie’s table, take it.

I had the best experience at Elements in Beverly! The front desk staff were very nice and therapist was a great listener, completely customizing my massage to my needs. So relaxing and I can’t wait to go back. I will definitely be getting massages as gifts for all my friends and family!

First time to this Elements, the front desk was very kind and welcoming. Amy was very talented and kind. My back still feels so much better several weeks later. I highly recommend Amy.
