Lovely experience getting a lymphatic drainage massage from Mary. She educated me and kept me informed the whole time. I appreciated the conversation at the beginning where we covered my surgeons concerns. Mary made sure that it was a collaborative session where I was involved in every step.

Mary is AMAZING! As a plus-size person, I was nervous to go to a massage therapist, but Mary has made me feel so safe and comfortable from the start. She has a gentle, trauma-informed approach and is very skilled and knowledgeable. Plus, her online scheduling system is super easy!

Mary is a wonderful massage therapist and an even lovelier person! She's strong, clearly knows a lot about the body, and is super passionate about helping and healing others. She was very communicative leading up to our appointment, and was great about checking in with me during the massage to make sure I always felt comfortable and safe. Wow where do I begin!! This is the best massage I have ever had. Mary was professional, clean,attentive, and so very healing. She’s trauma aware and carried that awareness throughout the entire appointment. She heard what I needed most within my body and went above and beyond that expectation. She had excellent pressure while remaining aware of the areas on my body that were sensitive. I felt not only feeling physically great but also energetically refreshed!!! I would highly recommend and Mary will up your standards as to what a quality massage is.
