Align Massage Studio

Helena is amazing! I have some minor sports injuries and general aches and pains from working out, and she does such a wonderful job of targeting those areas and I feel better for weeks after a massage with her! As I continue getting massages from her, I can tell I’m getting better over time. She definitely has the magic touch- she is gem! I highly recommend Helena!

My massage therapist Helena was very professional and respectful. The session was one hour and I felt like a new person after. She was very kind and made me feel very comfortable. She noticed places that could use more work and suggested stretches I can do at home. It was my first massage but she eased my anxiety by expertly answering all my questions. (She’s a medium pressure massage therapist with lots of knowledge I highly recommend!)

I'm a huge fan of Align Massage Studio! I've had massages from both Steve and Michael. They're both excellent - great at listening to their clients' needs and skilled at using the tools of massage to address them. Steve has been a real trooper with some complicated tingling and numbness in my leg. He did research outside of sessions to figure out the likely cause, adapted his sessions to better treat the area, and gave me exercises to do at home. It's not quite fixed yet, but we're heading in the right direction, which I greatly appreciate. Highly recommend!

I contacted Steven very last minute because I woke up with a lot of neck pain, and not only did he accommodate me last minute, but also gave me one of the most thoughtful massages I've ever had. I have found that a lot of massage studios treat the massage like a spa type of experience, but Steven struck a perfect balance between relaxation and therapy. After 60 minutes there was a noticeable difference in my neck, and he did a fantastic job. 10 out of 10 would recommend

First massage at the Align studio with Steve. The massage was great and felt that the thoroughness of Steve's 'get to know me' went a long way towards the massage specifically addressing my problem areas. Looking forward to my next session. Recommend without hesitation.

I have had weeks of pain due to herniated disc at L4/L5 and even after an epidural injection, I had no relief. I had a session with Steve last week and Oh MY God!!!! He’s so good at what he does, first of all!!! He’s so knowledgeable, his knowledge of the nerve and muscle and spinal Column anatomy is impressive! He’s not an average massage therapist, he’s gifted! I highly recommend him, specially if you have pain or a specific problem. He also gives the best soothing overall massage to relax you.

Steve is excellent! Every time I go he really checks in with me and figures out what I need that day. He really knows how to target tight muscles that reflexively spasm when pressed. The room is nice and comfortable with a heated table and soft sheets. Plus they have chocolates on the way out!

I am so happy I found Align! I have been going to see Helena at Align for about a year. She has helped me immensly, She always listens to how I am feeling and targets exactly the right spots every time! She really cares about her clients and works to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of!
