Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I have had a number of great experiences at Hand n Stone. This recent appointment, I didn't have the usual person I go to, Lisa. Lisa is lovely. She has a great calming presence and very experienced. We sometimes talk, which is my preference. This time, I worked with Alex. He was fantastic. Asked me about my needs and what he could work on. We had a nice chat and he made me feel comfortable. But I was also comfortable having some quiet during the session as well. All in all, I love going to Hand n Stone!

I had a wonderful and relaxing dermaplane facial with Amanda. She made sure to explain all the steps and products that she was using on my skin. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole process. I am very happy with the results

After a wonderful experience, it was ruined by a horrible massage. Then after rescheduling my appointment 22 hours into a 24 hour cancelation I was told I would have a courtesy call to be told if I was going to be charge a fee for being 2 hours late into my 24 hours cancelation that I did not receive. That I did not know about it, but apparently, it's in the contract that you never get when you first sign up. It is also not highlighted when you sign the contract btw on a tablet is how it's presented to you, but hey, that's on me right because I didn't read the fine print. Even though I have a membership and have been a member for 6 months now. You also charged me my membership even though jill stated you don't get charged for services if you don't have a service scheduled, which i don't you went and charged my card anyways. I canceled my membership today, and you then told me I have a credit to use in 3 months. No, thank you. I will NEVER go back. Oh let's talk about the products they sell you that are extremely expensive and don't work. Every month, I was buying something recommended by Tatiana or the receptionist. Still till this day, nothing. God bless.

I received a GC to Hand & Stone - it took me a while to call and schedule an appointment at the Hudson, MA location - and I ended up having a great experience. Rose was my massage therapist and she was wonderful. I felt like I melted into the massage table. It was so relaxing. I need to treat myself more often.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa. Everyone was so welcoming when I came in for my first visit. Jill and Maggie helped me fill out my paperwork and explained how everything would go. My massage therapist and esthetician listened to everything I had to say and came up with a customized treatment plan for me! When I came out of my session I was greeted by Cincere and Beth who were also very welcoming. They explained the membership option to me and I decided to join. The membership is a great savings and there is no long term commitment, which I love. Highly recommend this place. Can’t wait to try all the great providers.

Terrible customer service. We were caught in a multi car accident on the highway before our appointment, unfortunately arrived late because of it. Called in before to let them know, specifically told them I would be late and was worried that they weren’t going to see us. We came from far. We arrive and they tell us to reschedule after I literally called to ask for that same reason. I was told on the phone that I would be accommodated by “Maggie”. Would have appreciated the straight up answer on the phone instead of telling us when we arrived after sitting in traffic for an hour.

I highly recommend taking time out for some self care. I always see Lindsey for my facials. She is the best!! She takes the time to talk with you about any skin concerns you may have and recommends the best products to use.

From the great attentivity of booking over the phone to the in-depth information given during my massage and facial; these employees are AMAZING!! They made me feel so comfortable and welcoming! If you aren't calling now to book an appointment I don't know what you are doing!!
