Embracing Wellness by Roxy - Integrative Healing & Massage

After a long day of travel I really needed healing bodywork and Roxy was able to fit me in with very little notice. It was my first visit to Embracing Wellness and Roxy took a lot of time to craft a session that was deeply healing and tailored to my needs. Roxy is extremely skilled and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Embracing Wellness!

I met Roxy a little over four years ago when I had unexplained abdominal pain. I was skeptical anyone could help me, but she did. She gave me my life back. Four years later, after my appendix ruptured and I had more abdominal pain, rib pain, etc and went straight back to Roxy. She immediately knew exactly where I was hurting, spent countless hours working with me to once again, heal me. I wish I could put into words have special and talented this woman is. She is empathic, kind, skilled, and will work to get to the exact point on your body that is causing you pain/discomfort. I am beyond grateful I found her years ago to once again be able to rely on her to help me feel better again.

I feel so grateful that I have access to Roxy's magic. She is that rare treasure, a gifted and intuitive healer who also has a large array of evidence-based tools to draw from. When I go with with all my aches and pains, Roxy moves fluidly from one modality to another, talking to my body with her hands, and bringing relief. I have been seeing her every other week for several years and don't see myself stopping any time soon.

I came to see Roxy for lymphatic drainage to help speed up my post-op recovery. She has been incredible, and her lymphatic drainage massage provides instant relief. I’ve always been hesitant to see a professional masseuse but Roxy made me feel welcomed and comfortable from day one. I will continue to see Roxy for other massage services after I’m fully recovered post-op.

Roxy is THE REAL DEAL! Never have I had a TRUE therapeutic message before laying on her table. She used a combo of (something new to me) lymphatic drainage and massage to completely heal my tenis elbow!! I am completely amazed and HIGHLY recommend her expertise. Her professionalism is top notch and her vast knowledge of the body is impeccable. I can't praise her services enough!

Roxy truly knows what she is doing. My shoulder and back pain are no match for Roxy. In the handful of sessions I have spent with Roxy, I walk out forgetting my shoulder and back were bothersome. Roxy cares for her patients and it shows! Through small-talk during our few sessions, Roxy and I discussed some auto-immune issues I have, and we have recently started implementing lymphatic drainage into our session. I have never felt so revitalized after a treatment. Roxy brings so much knowledge, warmth and care into each session. My body thanks you Roxy!

Roxy has a gift. She is able to find what needs attention in your body, even if you don’t realize you need it. She has a deep understanding of how parts of the body affect one another and is able to release points of tension and pain in the most gentle yet effective ways.
