I have been using 180 Wellness for several of my self-care needs for over 5 years now. Whatever my needs are, they are met. From years of regular massages, to transitioning to prenatal massage during pregnancy, I knew I would be heading to Elainna for a post-natal massage after my baby was born! I have also had amazing success with hypnosis sessions, immeasurably easing my anxiety and stress levels.
