The staff are amazing at what they do to help provide support, help and information! My massage with Janice was wonderful! She did great at locating on areas that kneaded some focus!!

If you’re in need of a good massage, look no further! The front desk staff are the best, Kelsey and Hannah are always very welcoming and happy to see me when I come in. The waiting room is so nicely decorated and comfortable while you’re waiting to be seen, and it smells great in there from the aromatherapy they use! The message therapists are all so good at what they do, professional, kind, and listen to what you want. I really love their online booking system, super easy which is great because I’m always on the go and don’t always have time to call. Definitely one of my favorite appointments every month!

Everyone at the front desk is personable and gets to know each one of their customers. They are extremely knowledgeable about the product and go out of their way to answer my questions. Scheduling with them is 1-2-3. I can't say enough about the young ladies in Hanover.As for my massages, I could ask for a more pleasant experience. Rich is not only awesome at what he does, but he goes out of his way to know each of his customers. Signing up for the monthly visits was the best thing I every did.

I love the value of $69 month for 1 hour massage and especially that you can carry over if you cannot make it in a given month. I also rate Rich a 10+ for a massage therapist. He listens to your requests and always makes sure the pressure is to your liking. I feel so relaxed and love the service from the girls at the front desk (I always go in the evening mid week). They are always very nice and remember that I love to add the eucalyptus to every session. Just can’t say enough good things about this location and I have referred many people there.

The studio is immaculate and the front desk staff are very professional and extremely polite. The rooms are clean, appropriately lit, and the temperature is perfect. Dimitrii is new to the practice and he's phenomenal! I can't wait to go back for my next massage - I highly recommend him!
