Tara is incredibly professional, intuitive, attentive, communicative, and skilled. I feel like a new person every time I leave and she is the only professional I have found in the area that manages to alleviate my chronic back and neck pain with her integrative massage. Can't recommend her enough!!

Tara was amazing. 100% would recommend to anyone dealing with any muscle issues. I was referred by a colleague/friend who is currently dealing with some back issues. Edited to add: I wanted to update the review I left for Tara after I first started seeing her. Each massage is tailored to what I need at the time, Tara is excellent about checking in to see if I am having any issues. Seeing her regularly has really improved how my body feels and I know if something is bothering me, she will help me work it out at my next appointment. I can't overstate the benefit I've gotten from having such a talented massage therapist. Tara is amazing and I'm able to relax into a deep meditative state when I'm on the table. I can't recommend Tara highly enough!! She really is the best therapist I've ever seen. I have been looking for an experienced massage therapist who can address my trouble areas and not give a "run-of-the-mill" spa massage. Each session is individualized and different than the last; Tara has deep knowledge of muscles, fascia and trigger points. She uses different techniques depending on my needs at the time and is an exceptionally dedicated professional. Tara truly cares wants you to feel better when you leave. My body feels better than it has in a long time! I recommend Tara to anyone looking for a "real' massage, not just a scripted spa session.

I have had two therapeutic massages from Spa Tara, and both were excellent. Tara treats the root causes of muscle aches and associated chronic pain. She is very thorough, makes you feel at ease with good communication and a relaxing but professional approach. I have no hesitation in recommending her to any of my family and friends. Tara is also personable and very pleasant to work with.

Tara is amazing, she has great technique and attention to detail. I had been struggling with tight shoulders and back pain and had gotten massages in the past for it, but only with small and temporary relief. Tara was the only one to find the cause and remedy it. Tara is amazing. I have been going to chain massage parlors and did not realize what I was missing until I booked a session with Tara. She is extremely personable, we were chatting like friends and laughing like we had known each other for years. She used a variety of tools and techniques during the massage which you are not going to find at a chain without paying crazy extra fees. I instantly felt so much relief in my shoulders and back and noticed a difference in my posture the next day. I will only be going to her from now on!

I have had intense back pain for over a decade but have had unbearable, random midback pain upon waking up the past few days. After seeing Tara last night, I woke up with no pain and was so relieved and relaxed all day. She extended my session to make sure my whole body was stretched and massaged. She explained everything as she was doing it since some of the tools were new to me and made sure I was super comfortable. Probably the best massage I’ve had in years, if not the best massage ever. I can’t wait to go back.
