Elements Massage Bedford

Booked an hour plus extra massage. Arrived to two young ladies that said “did you not receive or message? “ obviously not if I am standing here! Then they verified my phone and said I left a message this morning at 8. I showed her my phone no calls or voicemail! Note to owners when canceling on someone you really should make sure you get them on the phone and actually receive a reply. I wasted an entire day preparing for this - rearranged all my schedule for your therapist. I get people have emergency it’s how we handle them that keep customers! Weeks later - I half expected a call from a manager owner or therapist with an apology or something - nope nothing

Knowledgeable and friendly staff that never treat you as "just a number." All staff do their very best to ensure your experience is fulfilling and remain professional at all times. I love that the massage therapist(s) take the time to talk with you and together make a plan that best fits ones needs. Highly recommend!

Cancelled my appointment 20 MINUTES BEFORE I was supposed to arrive. I was already on the way. But I would be charged a fee for cancelation 24 hours or less from the appointment. Very unprofessional and the exact opposite of relaxation. No I would not like to reschedule, you lost business before you even had it.

Zoey was amazing! She really listened to what I needed out of the massage and was communicative the whole appointment. I felt like she utilized the entire 90 minutes of the session and addressed all my problem areas, including areas I hadn’t mentioned but she noticed had tension. I left feeling like all my tension had melted away and best of all, my pain was gone! I would say it was the best session I’ve ever had. I really appreciate Matt addressing my concerns and matching me with Zoey. It’s clear he knows all his therapists’ strengths and takes care in matching clients to the right therapist that will address what they’re looking for in a massage. I would absolutely recommend Elements Bedford to anyone looking for a great massage studio. 🙂

Just went to the grand opening of this location. They were awesome people and the refurbished location is beautiful! I can't say enough good things about this new owner and therapists! Definitely not like the "old place" that was here! I will be back soon!

Jamie waa very helpful setting up an appointment with a good therapist for my busy schedule. Rich is a great massage therapist, friendly and knowledgable with a really nice touch. The staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing and the hours and location are convenient and prices are reasonable.

Francine was absolutely AMAZING! I went in with a thrown out back and she helped me with some stretches and really focused on that spot while managing to leave plenty of time for the rest of my body. Definitely will be back!
