Nava Sen Spa

Every time I leave Nava Sen I feel like I just got the best massage of my life. All the massage therapists I've seen there are very talented. They give great Thai massages and a shiatsu with Nava was amazing. The facility is clean and easy to relax in. Everyone is friendly and genuinely interested in helping with my pain. I highly recommend Nava Sen Spa.

The most intense massage I’ve ever had. I found this business through a gift card I was given for Spa Finder. I looked at the various options and based on the reviews and proximity to my house. I’ve never had a Thai massage so you tried the popular combo of Thai plus deep tissue. I was greeted by Air (massage therapist) and a gentleman when I got there and felt instantly welcome. They weren’t busy so we actually spent a lot of time talking about my car, how I found the business etc. once we got down to business I filled out the intake form and got to my massage. Air did the massage in the couples massage room which was large, well appointed and very welcoming. The whole place is clean, well maintained and well worth the price paid for the service. For those who don’t know about Thai massages, I will quote Air here and say “it’s no joke.” I personally like deep tissue and sports stretching so I feel like I’m pretty prepared for anything but I had no idea how intense this would get. She did a lot of applying intense pressure with her feet especially on my legs and lower back which tend to be very tight. I only had to cry “Uncle” once and of course she lightened up based on what I could take. This was a wonderful experience overall and I highly recommend this business and Air as a therapist.

I got the pressure point massage and it was amazing. Nice, dark room, pressure was just right and the girl who was my masseuse was super attentive to my concerns and problematic areas. 10/10 would recommend, definitely will be coming back! Amazing prices, too!

This was my first time at Nava Sen and I was welcomed like a longtime friend! The owner, Nava, is very kind and hospitable with extremely strong hands! The massage was exactly what I needed and Nava made sure the pressure was just right. I loved my experience and can't wait to come back soon.

Absolutely superb Thai massage!! Worth every penny. It’s a clean and cute place and smells wonderful. The masseuse (for me it was once Nava and then another lady ) are super professional, caring and knowledgeable. Great job

My boyfriend and I came here for a couples massage during our anniversary. We found this place on Google and we’re so glad we did! We were able to get an appointment the same day on a Tuesday evening. The place was so clean, relaxing and the team is super professional. They are located in an office park type area so it was kind of hard to find but they have plenty of parking and it was easy in/out. The massage itself was one of the best we’ve ever had. We felt so amazing and relaxed afterwards. The cherry on top of this experience was the tea after the massage! You have to ask for it though - they changed it due to covid. Can’t wait to come back!

I was given a Spafinder gift card and choose Nava Sen Spa from their list. It was a great decision. The massage was as good as I have had - It was by the owner Nava, combining Thai Yoga with traditional table massage. The atmosphere was very relaxing and attractive, with lots of bamboo, soft music, trickling water, etc. But the clincher was the "after massage" treatment. Before being presented with the final bill, I was escorted to the garden room for green tea and a light snack. What a delightful touch. Can't wait to return.

I found this location on Spa Finder since I had a gift card and I truly regret using my $120 gift here. My therapist (not the owner) was on her phone during the session and at one point went so slow with one forearm on my back that I think she forgot she was massaging. She then gave me an excuse about her moving so slow due to me not wanting deep tissue and that she needed to be slow. I didn't want to share that I am a Licensed MT because I was hoping that she would get it together. After 30 minutes I was truly ready to end my 90 min session. Such a disappointment. I will never go back nor refer anyone to this location.
