My wife and I have been here twice. The first time was excellent (5 stars) We both felt we had great massages and the staff was friendly. The second time we went was average (2 stars). My wife's massage was good, she wished it were easier to communicate with the masseuse. My massage was a lot on the bone and the pressure was all over the place. The staff was friendly. The part that left a bad taste in the mouth was when we checked out, I left a tip. Apparently the person checking us out didn't think it was enough and kept saying we needed to add more. If certain percentage or amount is mandatory it should just be included in the price. Management reached out to me about the experience and helped make it more pleasing and ensured a better experience next time.

Used to recommend this place to others, but had my first bad experience today. It is about $75/hr for a massage. I usually give a tip, but this is not food serving where they only get $2/hr. Tips aren’t usually required for expensive massage. What is that $75/hr paying for if it’s not for the the massage therapist? At checkout the lady griped at me because she wanted a bigger tip. Serenity—you need to pay your therapists more. They should not be griping for tips when you charge $75/hr.

I'm absolutely happy and relaxed, thank you! I am from Germany and visited Peachtree City for a few days. I got tensions in my back and neck from the long flight and from working (always sitting), so I decided to drive to every Spa in the city and ask for spontaneous walk in appointments. At Serenity Balance I just had to wait 5 minutes and got a 90-minute massage which was the best massage in my life! It felt so good, it was the perfect pressure and technique, started with walking on my back and I heared it crackin' which felt so nice and good. After that she used the oil to massage every painful tension which was left away. In the end there was a hot stone massage followed by a relaxing foot and head massage and some strechings of my arms and legs which also felt really nice. I sometimes didn't understand her but she apologized for her bad english and in the end we still managed it to communicate. She also asked several times if it hurts which is nice, but it was always the perfect pressure! I sadly don't know her name but if u know who had the walk in-client at ~4:15pm today, you have to keep this woman cause she is doing her job pretty pretty damn well! Thanks again for this awesome massage, it's really sad I'm not living here and can come more often, i would definitly be a regular costumer.

I’ve had tons of massages, but nothing compares to this place. You get so much for your money & walk out feeling brand new. I can suggest Helen & Coco! A must try!

We had a really bad experience. I brought a friend visiting on vacation to help unwind before her flight back home. My massage was ok.. it wasn't great but not terrible. It was all over the place with the techniques and seemed like it was a routine rather than custom. The ambiance was ok, no aroma therapy but some soft music playing. Nothing special. When I came out my friend was sitting in the front. She said it was too hot in her room and they were unable to adjust the air or offer to use a fan. She said there appeared to be a tower fan in her room but the attendant did not offer to turn it on even though she was sweating and finding it hard to breathe comfortably, so she was unable to complete the service. She also asked for a male masseuse but they gave her a female. I had a male but had no preference so he should have been placed with her instead. As she is explaining to me what happened, the man interrupts to ask for a tip. I said excuse me? And he repeated himself asking for a tip. It was so awkward, so i just rounded up a couples dollars to make it an even amount just to be done with it and leave. He looked at it and scoffed!! Shook his head and looked at me for more. He said thats not enough! At that point im already concerned about my friend and annoyed that i am being pressed for a tip, so i told him no and that it was very rude to ask for a tip and then critique the amount in my face. Tips are optional and come with great service. We did not get great service, and its not like he went above and beyond in any way shape or form. I will not return or recommend.

I have been a client of Serenity for 20 years . Kristi is an awesome master cosmetologist. She always listens to my requests and delivers exactly what I am trying to achieve. She is also very personable and professional. I always have a great experience at Serenity!

I normally come in and have a great experience. I use to deal with COCO. She was very sweet and professional. I had an issue back in March where they canceled my birthday massage the day of and rescheduled it for today. Brian has been very professional , accommodating , and understanding and also provided great customer service. I came one time and tipped & the receptionist was so unappreciative of the amount I gave her which is not right but I have a good experience and they do a good job. It’s just the receptionist who always forces you to give a large tip, this is my third time paying with her and every time she either questions the tip amount I give her or keeps circling the tip part on the receipt & saying “you give tip” which is really annoying and unsettling. As you can see I come a lot. They are good and I recommend but maybe talk to the receptionist. She kind of begs a lot and forces you to give a large tip. Which is kind of sad.

We went on New Years Eve and I booked online which was simple Location: The spa is a basic spa - very serene but wish certain spots were more private Price: very reasonable (outside of the add ons they tried to get you to purchase) Parking: it's in a shopping center so there's free parking Service: We got the couples full body massages. When we got there, we were offered wine/juice and got to sit in the massage chairs for free. The gentleman at the front was very personable and kind. The actual massage was a bit too much pressure for me but you can tell she knows what she is doing. I didn't like that they tried to upsell us during the massage and actually got my boyfriend to get a deep tissue when I had already paid for the regular massage. During the massage we were given a choice of coconut oil for $10 or Cbd for $15. My boyfriend said no thanks and she repeated as though there wasn't any other choice so he picked coconut oil. I am also used to receiving water or something after the massage. Will I be back? I would come back because the service was good. I would just recommend less pressure on add ons for oils and deep tissue as well less pressure with the massage.
