Elements Massage

I've been a regular fir over a year at Elements Massage, and I can't recommend them enough! Every time I visit, I'm greeted with a friendly smile and exceptional customer service. The staff truly cares about your experience, and it shows. I've had the pleasure of working with several therapists here, and each one has been excellent in their own way. They really listen to your needs and tailor the massage accordingly. It's clear that everyone at Elements Massage is passionate about what they do. Whether you're looking to relax or work out some tension, this is the place to go!

Unfortunately, this locations management and owner injected themselves into a situation that happened and made a miserable situation Even worse. I was reached out to by the owner, Pam, and after many opportunities to help sadly this chains store falls short. False promises were made, and a gift card gone to waste at fellow shop in town … the Arizona chain would not honor a gift card from New Mexico. Even though all the locations in New Mexico have closed and corporate said it would be fine to use at other locations and still has not been returned from the original location. It’s almost like they teamed up to make situation worse for us. Unfortunately, here I am today correcting my review. After waiting a while and seeing … opportunity to fulfill the promise that can wasn’t originally This locations goal . I feel that it is notable to state here their customer service fall short. The manager spoke to my sister and no resolution have ever come.

I’ve been stressed and my TMJ has been acting up, so I can’t sleep or I wake up with crazy headaches. Was recommended to come here see Zach. He is the best of the BEST!!! He worked on my jaw first, which was a new but great experience, then through the full body massage I had booked. I have never had such a thorough and amazing massage, he found muscles and spots I didn’t know were tight, let alone existed! I left feeling like a new person! The front desk and manager were all so kind too! Highly HIGHLY recommend!!

A relative received a prepaid gift card for services at Elements Message and booked messages for 2 three weeks out. They went to the salon in Scottsdale and got their messages and when it was time to pay Elements would not honor the Elements Message company issued gift card. They had to pay out of pocket. Plus Elements Message KEPT the gift card and said they would mail it back, but never did. We want a new gift card that they will honor or the cash back. Do not go to Elements Message as they are a shady company and will not honor their prepaid company issued gift cards.

Elements Massage creates a calming atmosphere. The receptionists are helpful and informative. Candy, is by far, one of the best masseuses I have ever had. She has an incredibly soft touch and a gentle demeanor. Her techniques and quality pressure are amazing. Finally, she is very communicative ensuring her client receives the desired outcome. I can't wait for my next massage next week!!

I recommend to all my coworkers, especially to go to my massage therapist, Kim. She makes you feel comfortable and always does a fantastic job. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated after my massages. The membership is a no brainer, great savings and flexible. The front desk staff are always welcoming, kind, and helpful.
