Elements Massage - Gilbert

My lady made this appointment for me because I was hurting and hadn’t been to a massage in months. Needless to say, Amazing deep tissue massage! Thank you Jenna! Way better than any Massage Envy therapist I ever had throughout the past 5 years I had a membership with them. 10/10 Will be back again and absolutely booking a 90 minute. If you’re looking for a great very deep tissue massage, Jenna is the therapist for you. I’m sure there are others at this location that do an amazing job as well. Interested in monthly package due to this great experience! Thank you Elements Gilbert for a great experience start to finish.

The staff at Elements Massage are highly professional and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and offered a refreshing beverage. Dayna is one of the best massage therapists I’ve seen since coming to Elements and I will continue seeing her. Dayna technique was both skillful and intuitive, providing the perfect balance of pressure and relaxation. I left the session feeling rejuvenated and completely relaxed.

Front office staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Membership is available but staff aren’t pushy. Easy to book appointments. High quality and well trained massage therapists. Room are very soundproof, clean and maintained.

My massage experience was excellent. My masseuse, Mark, did an amazing job. He was very attentive and asked me plenty of questions to tailor the massage to my needs. The rest of the staff are also super friendly as well. The ambience was soothing and smelled wonderful. I will definitely book again with Mark.

Michelle is excellent! By far the best massage therapist that I have ever had. She adjusts pressure accordingly and has great technique. She’s incrediblly respectful and takes time to listen to my needs. I highly recommend her!

TERRIBLE! BEYOND TERRIBLE! This was my first time at this location. I go to get my massage this morning and the front desk girl (black hair didn't get her name) tells me that she tried to call and text me this morning to inform me my masseuse Michelle called out. I DONT have a single call or text from them informing me of this. I even showed her my phone. She then had the audacity to tell me "you won't be charged for rescheduling." Well I hope not! I wasn't the one who canceled the freaking appointment and then had my guest drive there without informing them? She was extremely rude about it and wasn't going to able to have an accommodation for the next four days. I would never recommend this location. There are plenty others that I will be taking my business to instead!

The facility was clean and scheduling, check in/out was easy. My therapist (Ivonne) was Amazing and provided me every minute of my 60 min massage plus took time to show me a few stretches afterwards. A bottle of water was complimentary and I highly recommend adding on aromatherapy. Plus you get to take a scented sachet home with you. I highly recommend this location.

The environment was clean and very welcoming! The girls at the front desk were very kind and made me feel so comfortable. Lindsey, my therapist was amazing and my overall experience was just wonderful!
